One comment lead to drawing Gang Orca and Aki in the art style of Dreamwork’s the Bad Guys. While I was drawing, I would be lying if I didn’t decide to make up a story to fit with the movie.
Mr. Orca (what I’m calling Gang Orca in this AU(?)) was an ex-crime boss who turned over a new leaf when he found a kid in an alleyway (Aki).
He’s had a few people try to take Aki away from him because they think he kidnapped her or is holding her hostage, when in truth Aki’s very comfortable with him being her Dad and would rather be with him than strangers who feel like they’re doing the right thing.
I want to say because of this, ‘good guys’ and 'bad guys’ are a constant gray area for her.

I was listening to Chris Daughtry’s “All These Lives” and the lyrics:

Just screams a helluva protective parent (and it’s reasonable since this song radiates that anger, especially if you’re calling that person a ‘disease’). So I decided to draw a very protective Gang Orca with Aki. Trust me, without the colors, Kuugo is terrifying.
No matter what Pokémon always has a way of snaking into every fandom in existence, My Hero Academia included.
So I thought that a Clobbopus would have been Aki’s Pokémon for a while because of the fighting techniques she learns when she gets older, but then I completely forgot about Zorua!
Zorua is perfect for Aki; they’re both mischievous and create illusions to trick people. I also included Hisuian Zorua because I feel like Aki would have one if they were present in the current timeline.
I know that it’s gonna take some time I’ve got to admit that the thought has crossed my mind This might end up like it should

A while ago, I had a question on Tumblr asking how Kuugo and Lilly met and I then answered they first met at the hospital but the sparks really flew when they met at the aquarium, specifically in front of the seahorses.

Felt like drawing Magnolia and Cornelius again. 30+ years and they’re still in love with each other. Honestly old couples that are like this are so cute they always make me happy, so I feel like Aki would be very gleeful being around them.
Why is Aki there? Perhaps, Magnolia and Cornelius wanted to spent time with their future granddaughter (this was when Kuugo and Lilly were still dating) and she probably found some old CDs they used to listen to and asked if they could play them. Cue Magnolia and Cornelius dancing to their wedding song and Aki watching them have fun under the gazebo in the backyard.
With Season 5’s end, we’re back on the Masked Singer hiatus, so in the mean time have a picture of Aki dressed up as the Seashell. I think you know why I decided Seashell. :3
So, a while back, I made one upload to Tiktok and that video, exploded on my page. I’m still getting people liking and following me because of this video!! I now I’m probably not going to be able to upload for a while, but I hope to make more videos with this duo.

When Umi and Chihiro were teenagers and attending Middle school, on top of the roof (where they would have lunch) was their declaration of their future. Chihiro wanted to become a Pro-Hero and Umi wanted to be on broadway. There they promised to support one another no matter what… but then…
When Umi was at practice (vocal training and dancing practice), he saw an ambulance in front of the school. Turns out a student had jumped off the roof and died on impact, what he wasn’t expecting was it was Chihiro. Her quirk can bring out the good in others, but it prevented her from seeing the good in herself and so she decided to take her own life.
Umi was helpless in the situation, he would go back on his memories and wondered if he missed any signals when they were together. He eventually started to blame himself for not being a better friend. At practice he danced his last steps and at her funeral, he sang his last song.
Before Aki became the confident woman who has mastered the art of fear, she was a scared girl herself. I should explain something; just because Aki can see a person’s fear, doesn’t necessarily mean she’d be afraid of that as well. For example, she likes rats, if a person were to have the fear of rats, she would be fine. Now thunderstorms or heavy rainfall will cause Aki to become paralyzed with fear.
Most of the time, we as humans sometimes make personifications of our worst fears whether we know it or not, and sometimes Aki can see these ‘monsters’ and soon enough, she’s shuddering under the terror of the creatures before her. Even worse, they would follow her in her 'nightmares’. Her domain slowly becoming infested with manifested fears with no where to go, but to find the 'host’ of their 'imprisonment’.
For a while now, I wanted to incorporate Aki’s Polynesian heritage but I was never able to figure out how… Until I did a little research. Like Greek Mythology, Polynesian people had their own mythology and in the pages of mythology I found out there’s a god of nightmares (this was the closest I could find anything involving Aki’s abilities).
I want to make a secondary form for when Aki is in the headspace of her prey, her true form so to speak, but I have yet to figure out (the markings in this picture is an idea I have, but that might be scrapped later).

This scene is when Aki was trying to protect the others when the kidnappers were going to take them away. Aki didn’t know what they were going to do to them, but she knew it was bad and wanted to keep herself and the others away from that fate for as long as she could. Yes, she was just as scared as the others were, but as the eldest out of the kids she had to be strong for them.
Okay, so… I’ve been meaning to announce that I have a TikTok now, but I mostly upload One’s Justice 2 Randomizers. In one of the randomizers (Hollow Knight edition), apparently Gang Orca knew about Hollow Knight during the kick starter and decided to draw Gang Orca as one of the nail masters in the game with Aki as the Knight. 8D

This may come off as weird, but these classes require you to write a letter to yourself to remind yourself why you wanted to become a knight for his Majesty. Apparently becoming a knight is a lot more than simply learning how to hold a sword properly. Anyway, where should I start?
Maybe I should start from the beginning? As you remembered, the humans abandoned us simply to please someone who never existed. I still don’t know if my mother gave me up willingly or not, not like it matters to us anymore, not since I saw the face of his Majesty.
Normally, a human would tremble at the mere image of the mighty creature known as the Orca, but when I saw him, I didn’t see him as this terrifying being. Instead I saw him as someone who wanted a companion, at least that’s what his Majesty has always told me.
Where the humans had failed, he provided; he gave me clothing, fed me the food of his world, gave me a bed to sleep on and taught me how to swim and hunt in his waters. He saw me as more than just a living thing; he saw me as his daughter, his pearl, his prized possession.
Ever since I had been renowned as the kingdom’s pearl, many attacks had become frequent to the Crimson Waters. Of course, the guards and his Majesty disguised it as a game of ‘Hide and Seek’ for me to keep me from getting scared, and I would buy it. I would always hide in my giant clam bed and wait for his Majesty to find me, and when he did, he always looked relieved to see me. At first, I thought it was because I hid in a good hiding spot, but it wasn’t until I was nine that I finally understood why he was relieved.
I was hiding in my usual spot when I heard the whirl of the water outside of my clam. At first, I thought it was his Majesty, but when I heard their voice, I knew it wasn’t the calming voice of his Majesty.
Her voice was filled with a lust for treasure, and her desire to find the Kingdom’s pearl was evident when she entered my room and knocked everything off the shelves and broke many of my favorite coral pieces.
I quickly shuffled further into my clam, hoping, praying, she doesn’t find me. That was my first mistake, because of my shuffling I had made some noise and caught her attention.
As the light started to peer into my clam, I shuffled back further so the light wouldn’t catch me, but that wasn’t going to make her go away; not when she knows something was inside. Even my attempts to keep the clam shut was in vain when I realized she was no mere intruder, she was an Octomaid! With the assist of her eight extra appendages she was able to counter my own strength and force the clam more open.
Suddenly the Octomaid’s hands and tentacles detached themselves from my clam, causing it to shut back up again. At first, I didn’t know why, but it wasn’t until I heard his Majesty’s voice that I started to understand why; she was averting her attention from me to focus on his Majesty! Once again, I remained silent in the clam, waiting for his Majesty to win against the intruder, what happened after that… I could never forget.
While I was sitting in the clam, all I heard was his Majesty and the Octomaid’s heavy breathing, their weapons clashing together and their collisions into multiple surfaces, including my clam bed. It took almost every fiber of my being to not squeak in horror as my clam rocked by their impact. It wasn’t until I heard the sound of metal hit the floor and the grunts of his Majesty that I opened my clam a tiny bit to see the Octomaid’s knife was in front of my clam, and when I looked up I saw the Octomaid had his Majesty in her grasps with her tentacles, his right eye cut from her knife and his sword out of his hand.
He was struggling, and somehow the Octomaid knew about the desperation he had and was somehow feeding off it. I even remember her saying that she would ‘take him’ before she killed him and claimed her prize. I didn’t understand what she meant by ‘take him’ back then, but now I knew. Just thinking about it makes my stomach turn that she would do such a thing to his Majesty.
When she started breaking his armor and tear off his clothes was when I leapt into action. I grabbed the knife that was in front of me and ‘launched’ myself towards the Octomaid and stabbed her in the eye, even going so far as to twist it. I’ll never forget her screams of agony as I carved the knife deeper into her socket. Eventually I was pulled away from her face by her tentacles and collided with the wall. The knife that was in my hand managed to take out her eyeball and nicked me on the left side of my lip when I was launched across the room.
She was absolutely crossed with me, screaming and cussing my name for tearing her eye out, calling me a ‘brat’ and such. Once she recovered, she launched herself towards me and grabbed my throat, trying to suffocate me. Unknown to her, I wanted her attention on me; while she was distracted, his Majesty had recovered his sword and snuck behind her.
The next thing I knew, her grip on my neck had loosened and her remaining eye stared blankly at me as her life drifted away. Her blood floating into the waters of my room as her body, now split in two, floated up to the ceiling. My attention was soon diverted from her floating corpse to his Majesty; his armor half broken, and his clothes tattered from her destruction. He scooped me up into his arms and looked me over for any damage, despite having injuries worse than mine he prioritized my safety above his own.
It was this mentality that made me realize that despite being the most feared ruler of the seas, he cared about others more than himself. If he wasn’t careful, he could very well perish at the hands of the enemy. This realization made me want to stand by his Majesty’s side to protect him. Protect him from anyone who dare cause harm to him, protect him from all the foul women of this ocean who dare think of him as merely a tool for reproducing, but most importantly, to repay him for all that he’s done for me. Yes, he is the king of this kingdom and that as a knight I must protect him, but as a daughter, I must remember that he is my father first and foremost. Future Aki, please remember that, protect him not only as your king, but as your father.
I may not have played A Hat in Time, but I have been seeing gameplay of the game (Conductor is my favorite character) and I got to say; the Queen Vanessa portion of the game absolutely scares the heck out of me, and I’M not even playing! The tension is just so real. So I decided to draw the Sakamata kids playing that portion of the game.

I couldn’t decide between all three of these outfits for Aki so I drew her in all three of them. Two outfits for her for when she was a teen and one for her adult years.
This is gonna be a one time thing since I just thought it would be fun to draw Aki and Kuugo in Gregory and Glamrock Freddy’s shoes, but since there are likely going to be questions regarding these two I’ll answer the few ya’ll might have.
Q:“What does Gang Orca do in the pizzeria?”
A: His function is a waiter, but a really fancy one. He’s often reserved for parties when the guest really want to be treated like royalty. This was mostly inspired by one of Gang Orca’s audio clips in My Hero One’s Justice 2 (Specifically, “Ready, my Lord?”).
Q: “Why are Aki’s eyes normal? And what’s with the sunglasses?”
A: This would be an AU where Aki is just a ‘normal’ girl (I say normal because we’ve all seen what Gregory is capable of; who’s to say Aki isn’t gonna do the same in this AU). The sunglasses are actually a reference to her quirk. They may not be the same color as her sclera in her original universe, but her lens are the same color.
