I really liked the way the lighting was coming through the blinds and hitting Bear’s face. I just had to take a photo before he then buggered off and left me.

This guy sat really still and posed looking at me like this for ages, I took a lot of photos of him but this was my favourite in the end.

American Black Bear
I loved the bears, they looked so clumsy and uncoordinated walking around and then suddenly you’d see one scaling tiny branches right high up in the trees.

Our photographer, Jon, went to a wonderful animal shelter and made some badass portraits of adoptable furbabys!
