The CW’s fall 2022/23 schedule is out and a lot of changes are coming. First, “Stargirl” is moving to fall and will air Weds at 8 I’m guessing starting in October. As of now that’s the only show I watch that will air this fall as “The Flash”, “Nancy Drew”, and “Gotham Knights” are being held till mid-season and “Superman and Lois” is staying at mid-season. They’ll be airing all un-scripted/reality shows on Fridays and Saturdays, and are going to air more shows from the UK, Europe, and Canada this fall (some of which sound interesting like the one with Brendan Fraser and Tom Welling “Professionals” and this move reminds me more of PBS). Then “Riverdale” has been confirmed to be ending and their final season will be mid-season as well. It had long been rumored it was going to end but also with Netflix India launching their comic-accurate Bollywood movie next year too it’s also possible the rights are changing over for other adaptions. Still no official word if “The Flash” will also be having a final season but their headwriter confirmed last night to Entertainment Weekly he is going to write season 9 as a final season just in case after all the cancellations this year but it also makes sense with “The Flash” movie coming out June of 2023 too.
