productivity looks different for everyone; you don’t have to complete 3 papers, write an essay and read an entire textbook every day to be productive. do what you feel you need, and don’t compare yourself to others.

can’t believe i have to choose between subjects: why am i not allowed to study everything at once? pining over all the learning i will never get the opportunity to do..

with exams coming up soon, i just wanted to wish you all good luck, no matter where you are and no matter what your qualification: you’ve got this. everything is going to be just fine.

i love knowledge. i love knowing even the smallest of things. i love translating text and finding hidden meanings. it doesn’t matter what it is, learning something new every day has always been a source of true happiness.

one of the things that i often struggle with is worrying that my hard work will all be for nothing, but then i think that in the end, the feeling of satisfaction in itself is enough.

writing poetry is truly a cathartic experience. it doesn’t have to be good, and you don’t have to allow anyone else to read it: just the outpouring of emotion is enough.

anything is a bookmark if you’re brave enough

i feel like people don’t talk about burn out enough. studying 8 hours a day can seem like a great and aesthetic thing in theory, but in practise it can leave you completely drained, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking a break.
