I promise I’ll do a bigger, better piece of artwork really soon, but in the meantime I made cards! They’re inspired by the quotation ‘I fell in love the way you fall asleep: slowly, then all at once.’ from the novel The Fault in our Stars by John Green. I hope you like them!

They are available to order in my etsy shop:

The quotation is ‘My thoughts are stars I cannot fathom into constellations’ from the novel 'The Fault in our Stars’ by John Green.

If you have any requests for quotes you would like to see turned into paper cuts then please ask.

Some of you may remember when I made my own paper cut book cover for ‘Looking for Alaska’, and I decided today that I should make my own one for 'The Fault in Our Stars’ as well. :)

As you can see from the second photo it is cut by hand with a craft knife from a single sheet of card. For the design I opted for Hazel and Gus holding hands, with Gus’s cigarette clasped between his fingers too. I hope you like it. :)

Obviously this piece isn’t for sale, however there is lots of my other work for sale in my shop here.

This all gets more interesting when you remember Ansel Elgort and Kevin Spacey did a movie together. Rapists naturally find each other I guess…
