Holidays were not your most favorite thing. You didn’t despise them, but the idea of needing someone to enjoy the holidays wasn’t your idea of a good time. So when you were invited to an impromptu Christmas party given by your best friend, that may or may not have invited Pro Heroes, you weren’t too keen on this idea.
it took a lot to genuinely scare tobirama. he’d seen things that could make the devil flinch. but no past horror could prepare him for your puffy eyed, tear stained face and the heart wrenching words that spilled from your lips.
“tobirama, i’m sorry. i don’t think i can do this anymore,”
the first thing he noticed was the way you addressed him. it wasn’t a loving tobi - kun, or even a teasing fish face. it was just his name. and tobirama hated it. everyone called him by his name. not you. you were different. for you to address him so casually, like he was just anyone… it hurt more than his ego would allow him to admit.

The midnight moonlight is calming and peaceful. Dim and glistening light shining across your humble home was fascinating. The way the moon was full and shown with a brilliance between the tall evergreens and the houses of Miyagi was enthralling. Miyagi prefecture is indeed tiny but a humble town filled with beauty and perfect landscapes. Your eyes landed on your husband, Keishin, peacefully sleeping while his hand rested on your 5-month-old tummy like it was as if he was guarding it even in his slumber. You took your time to appreciate the man. His eyes were shut closed, but the way his heavy eyelids fell down was obvious how tired he was, and even his soft snores that you know it’s an indication that he had so much on his plate today.
