Geralt was born a seal-brown, with the trials triggering a natural-ish greying process. This pic is some time beforehe meets Jaskier as he’s still got some baby brown and black.
Jaskier let out a small sob, and stood, “I’m sorry. I can’t. I-” He swiped a hand over his eyes. “Why am I bothering? You’re just going to ask again.” Before Geralt could shift on the bed, Jaskier was out of the door and disappearing into the next room.
Seriously, at their size and length, I cannot overstate how comparatively heavy and hefty they are on Hawks. Even when standing straight, his centre of gravity is slightly behind him and between his wings. Getting into any pose more complicated than that is him being very knowledgeable of his limits and utilizing some insane core strength (and the same muscles he uses for flight).
Wings are also extra limbs in their own right, and in their large size on a human they’re no longer as fragile as a bird’s, or fragile at all really. As such, the idea of notusing them as an extra limb and stabilizer where possible feels absurd to me.
Core strength is nice, but they’ve gotta start literally pulling their own weight at some point lol.

Just Lines Version Below (They’re Good Lines, I Promise):
Basically I made a centaur!au for Castlevania which can be seen here and then thoughts turned to a preggo Sypha with le OT3: anyway, what would those kids even look like? From there I took the simple journey of touching up my horse genetics and learning how to make an obnoxiously large punnet square.
The outcome: this wonderful wheel of fankids. Trevor gets a whole rainbow.
And of course I couldn’t just leave it there, there was too much to explain! Page 2 murdered me, but it was at least in the good cause of tricking people into learning genetics but only the coat colours I like and only the basics I understand.

Important Note: The pseudo-cremello and smokey black coat combinations have been left out of the TrevorxSypha section. They’re valid coat colours but if I made the sheet any bigger I’d be on a fine edge with tumblrs upload limit and I had to keep page size consistent between the two parts. (They look almost identical to pseudo-perlino and regular black anyway.)

Over the course of 6 months last year I made about 500 information boards for Planet Zoo. Those designs now feel dated, so I took what I learned and designed new ones.
More information, less clutter, better space conservation, nicer looking designs, higher quality, and the templates much more simplified.
This is a newer, updated Hawks skeleton. I’ve taken the final leap and decided to just get rid of a few fingers and toes, lol.
Would anyone be interested in more Hawks anatomy sheets?
The art in the old one is a few years dated now, and there are things I’ve tweaked as I’ve given it more thought. Nothing major, but I would love to get back into it if people want to see it.

If the skull doesn’t make sense I drew it in 5 minutes after glancing at a horse skull and babirusa skull then warping it to the general shape.
I’ll work harder on it in another thing I’m bound to do eventually because I have no self control.
Overall: large forward facing eyes, shorter snout, one hind tooth evolved to bury through the skull to act as a horn (thanks babirusa), any malformity to this tooth will probably send it through the eye or brain idk.
