Thoughts on the first episode of Loki:

Tom Hiddleston’s expressions are so amazing.
He really demonstrated Loki’s emotions and it was so nice to see.
I really liked how they showed Loki that his family truly did care about him
Thor’s idea of losing a dare is just >>>>
I love it so much and it really fits in with the Thor we already know
Gotta call bullshit on Loki genuinely dying in Infinity War
That doesn’t seem right
Kind of concerned that they’re not going to show his genderfluidity on screen (this is Marvel) but it’s only the first episode so there’s still hope

Because Loki hasn’t been a main character before and it’s really good to see Marvel showing us him not in relation to other people
Like Loki as an individual character, not just Thor’s brother or the villain of the Avengers film
I feel like it was amazing the way they were able to switch the tone of the show so quickly
All in all I feel like it was a really good first episode
Marvel set the tone and scene for the show and gave us a general idea of what to expect as well as giving us an idea of Loki as a character
