Sayuri just got back from a mission that took just a couple of days. Still, she really missed her favourite silver haired ninja, who’s now Hokage so he hardly ever joins field ops.
I like to think that during the blank period Kakashi found a way to rebuild it (maybe asking Mr Tazuna? Who in the meantime has retired?)
He wants to come back to the place where he grew up, but he also wants to start a new chapter of his life, since he made peace with his past (he met and forgave his father, he could see Obito one last time, he got to know that Rin’s death wasn’t his fault)
He has finally got a big house where to keep his ninken free (sorry if I couldn’t include them in this drawing) and where to invite/live with the people he loves (his former students, his friends, his s/o)
