It’s ok that your jeans don’t fit!
If you just gave birth, gained weight or literally any reason and your jeans don’t fit that is 100% ok!
An influencer I follow gave birth about a week after me and less than a week after she gave birth she was excitedly sharing that she fit into her jeans and looked like she hadn’t just carried a baby for 9 months. Right away I thought that maybe I could fit into mine. I tried on my jeans and they were not even close to fitting. I was so upset. I later saw an unposed picture of that influencer in her jeans and they weren’t perfect fitting as it had seemed in the original post. It took me a bit to realize that it’s OK that I don’t fit into my jeans or look perfect, I literally carried and birthed a child! So remember what you see on social media isn’t always the reality and to not compare yourself to the people you follow on social media. Trust me I know It’s hard to not compare yourself to others. Sometimes It takes me a while to recognize when I am comparing myself to others. But it’s important to recognize it and remind yourself that what you see isn’t always perfect behind the scenes!
