There has been this misconception for a women to be considered healthy and fit she needs to be around 120-130 pounds. And that is 100% not the reality for all women. We come in different heights, we gain muscle and weight all differently. To say that all women should be a certain weight to be healthy is bullshit and sticking us in a box (And honestly the same goes for men) Because of what social media is constantly pushing us what healthy “should look like” it has subconiously taught us to compare our bodies to women that fit in that so called “box” of what healthy is. And honestly fuck that #beunstoppable
It’s ok that your jeans don’t fit! If you just gave birth, gained weight or literally any reason and your jeans don’t fit that is 100% ok! An influencer I follow gave birth about a week after me and less than a week after she gave birth she was excitedly sharing that she fit into her jeans and looked like she hadn’t just carried a baby for 9 months. Right away I thought that maybe I could fit into mine. I tried on my jeans and they were not even close to fitting. I was so upset. I later saw an unposed picture of that influencer in her jeans and they weren’t perfect fitting as it had seemed in the original post. It took me a bit to realize that it’s OK that I don’t fit into my jeans or look perfect, I literally carried and birthed a child! So remember what you see on social media isn’t always the reality and to not compare yourself to the people you follow on social media. Trust me I know It’s hard to not compare yourself to others. Sometimes It takes me a while to recognize when I am comparing myself to others. But it’s important to recognize it and remind yourself that what you see isn’t always perfect behind the scenes! #beunstoppable
First time wearing a bikini pp and honestly it wasn’t easy. At first I felt ok but once in public I felt super insecure. It took a lot of talking with David and some personal reflecting that really helped change my perspective. It’s ok to not feel 100% confident all the time but it’s also important to not let that fear, insecurity and comparison stop you from living your life. I lost too many years to insecurity when I was younger and I refuse to let that happen anymore. I go into more detail about it on my latest YouTube video! Link in the bio! #beunstoppable
Bodies are not meant to be flawless✨ Bodies are unique and special in their own way It’s not always easy to see stretch marks, rolls and dimples on our bodies. Especially when we constantly see ‘flawless’ photoshopped bodies all over Instagram. Stop comparing your body to the unrealistic ones you see on social media! #beunstoppable
