The photo on the left was from last spring and I remember captioning it something about booty progress. That was when I first noticed a little bump of muscle coming in from doing tons and tons of butt workouts. Then I found myself under a barbell and this is what happened here a year and a half or so later. It seems unreal to me. I’m always complaining that I’ve gained some weight but a lot of it is truly muscle. I’m still in aw about this change. I’m not where I want to be but every day I get a step closer.
