Day 1
My lovely Olga, I know it’s a little bit late, but this is the first piece of a series of cat drawings I made to make your days better for 7 days. So, it’s a belated birthday wish and birthday gift, though I still believe that they can serve their purpose and make you smile. Love you very much!

The vet sent me Skitty’s xrays. She’s doing good about taking her diuretic twice a day and seems to be more lively than she was. I am more hopeful for a full recovery. :)

Skitty got the best prognosis she could get (after lots of testing). She has either heartworm or right sided heart disease. Poor thing is so upset about her shaved belly but she’s starting to feel better :)

The vet found fluid in Skitty’s abdomen. Going to see a specialist but the prognosis is poor. :(

Skitty still kept having stomach upset so I’m changing her dry food. She loves the Evo food but it is too rich for her. She started playing again and was much more active after I took it away.

Skitty is back to her old self! I will no longer share my cheese snacks with her. She’s too old for the high fat in cheese, though she doesn’t know it. She keeps glaring at me but I’m glad to know she’s well enough to become indignant!

Skitty had to go to the vet today. She has elevated white blood cells and pancreas enzymes along with a fever. She’s resting now.
