Blissful day today a morning of handstand coaching and stretching… amazing lunch, but of volunteer painting then getting some awesome aerial practice in! Took 4 takes of the video messing up but finally got some good shots of this sequence!
Ps. Padding my lyra with an old yoga mat was a terrific idea!
