The art of tea leaves reading - also known as tasseography or tasseomancy - appears to have begun around the XVIIth century, when the Chinese tea trade made its way into European society thus replacing the old techniques based upon spatters of lead or wax.
My kit was created to introduce you to this method and includes everything one needs to begin immediately!

It could either be a mix between several existing sets or an entirely new one.

On this special day, I thought I would allow myself a couple of lines to be soppy.

And despite some months being incredibly tough, to be honest, I couldn’t dream of a better life. One I couldn’t even have dared imagined living, really.

One of my favourite pieces for this season is the Zhingwaak.
A talisman inspired by the Pine tree, symbol of good luck, prosperity, health, longevity and wisdom.
Zhingwaak is part of my “Petroglyph” collection.
Its name comes from the Algonquin / Ojibwe name for Pine,
The doily was a present from my dear @fevernest

⭐ 2 min of relaxation ⭐
Do you like to watch speedpaints? If so, I would be willing to record myself drawing more often. I find it kind of satisfying to watch a sketch to be colored in.
As you can see, I do all of my sketches in pen. Not a erasing helps me put down more confident lines the first time around. I have been sketching like this for about 6 years. My sketching pen of choice is a BIC black or blue ball point pen.
