Just today, I sent a message to the developers of the Psychic Puzzle game (Cybird) to listen to my reasons and opinions since these mission event started. I just wanted to share to you guys what message did I send to them because if this simple message would help them to understand what us players really feel then a solution will be done in very very soon aside from the apology compensation that they always do.
My message:
This is my second time spending so much diamonds in targeting the highest score and also highest skills in the last sheet and when I was so halfway to it, the game crashed. Apparently, I was soon capable to finish around 10 missions if that didn’t happen all of the sudden. I felt uneasy whenever I think I lost the diamonds I gained so hard in exchange of something that is so very difficult to get/clear. Many matters are going on in my head that I wanted to say to you, to let you know but in the end it’s just the game and I’m just the player who is using your online game product so it’s not your lost and it’s us. Actually, I’m okay with everything you do to improve the app and it’s events but still, I just wanted you to see that not all players have an equal skill/s or experience/s based from the characters we have on hand, not all players have gotten the rare characters from the store whenever an event occurred and not all players have gotten enough funds (coins and diamonds) to buy something else to be added into our list/count. I just wanted you to feel what hardship us players go through this kind of simple game you made. Apologies are accepted but if you are in the same situation like us, you may realized that not all things are being done in just promoting or making everything for the latest release, you must feel what all players also feel and not just fixate closely to one thing that you have been used to do so please listen to us because of us that you are here today so please lend us your ears and help us clear every missions, every events and every tasks that you begin fairly and passably.
