One of Joe & I's (is that grammatically accurate?) oft-quoted movies, and a remarkably well-written book. I’d never known this part of the story behind it though… It makes it even more compelling to me.

This fight would not be nearly as memorable (or sexy) if these two weren’t allowed to take a moment to compliment each other’s ability while performing complicated sword clashes.
