☕️✨Après bien des essais plus ou moins fructueux, je tiens enfin ma recette parfaite de Brioche tressée, moelleuse à souhait, avec une belle mie filante et aérée (swipe pour la texture), le tout avec peu de beurre et de sucre, idéale pour les goûters ou les petits déjeuners d’hiver.
