My brain seems to have decided that I’ve Got the Power would mash-up perfectly with It’s Peanut Butter Jelly Time, because I’ve been experiencing a nonstop loop, stuck in my head of:

Americans, I need some context. I got a horrible song stuck in my head years ago and it’s emerged again.
Please do not link it to me! I don’t care how long we’ve been mutuals, I will block you if you do. I do not want to hear it! I do not want to give it power!
The only lyrics I have in my head are
“Nobody likes me, everyone hates me, guess I’ll go eat worms!” In a singsong American child’s voice and it haunts me.
Did I make it up? Is it a nursery rhyme? Is it from a TV show? Why is there a song about eating worms??? God it’s so horrible and it won’t go away. I like worms and children hurting them makes me sad :(

Did you know that earwigs have cute little birdy angel wings??? I thought they had roundish wings but look at this theyre like cherub bugs.

You know those nights that you can’t sleep and out of nowhere some childhood song or jingle shows up on repeat inside your head? I was blessed recently with that great American folk song “Buffalo Gals”. I excised it with this, changing “gal” to “girl” because “gal” gives me the creeps. Get thee gone!
