For time to come…
Okay, I love drawing sterek, absolutely love it! But for some time now I need to focus on Vili and Eivor, because I’m writing my own arc and that masterpiece needs my whole focus if I’m going to succeed☺️ I’ll probably ”throw” in some sterek when the urge is too strong or I just need it.
(Whelp, besides applying to canines such as wolves and coyotes, whelp is sometimes used to describe a young person. This usually isn’t a compliment. And Stiles finds it funny…because Derek is a…yeah.)

I love videos where they have their sketch and just swipe ”here’s the result”… so here’s something for y’all on how my final sketch and progress can look like
I’m planning this arc like a crazy cookie, but here’s the summary so far… I truly hope y’all will follow me and ”Arc of Hwicce” which is a part with several chapters in my series ”Childhood friends” on Ao3 It’s like a continuation of the game with vili/eivor focus..
As I plan my own arc to this fandom, to write…chills run through my body as tears appear in my eyes. I truly hope I’ll do this justice…

The sound of footsteps made Eivor raise his gaze from the empty letter and was met by Vili closing in until he sat next to Eivor. Bumping his shoulder to the blonde vikingr, Vili gave Eivor a crooked smile.
“Have you accomplished your greatest poem yet?” when seeing the shaking hand as Eivor ran it through the braids -several had begun coming loose- the frown reappeared on Vili’s face “Do you need me to carve for you?”.
Eivor pressed his lips together with a sigh “No, it is fine, I will do it” and grabbed the carver in a tighter grip to press it against the soft leather

“How many did we need?” Vili murmured while fixing his bow, trying to ignore the heat coming from the blonde next to him.
Eivor hummed as he plucked with the arrows “Well, if they hold their words, I believe there will be about twenty arriving from Hwicce” then with smoothe movements, he gathered them before taking out his bow.
“Huh,” Vili began, but had to swallow because his throat suddenly went dry “what do you sense about the siblings?” he held his gaze at where his thumb was fiddling the string of the bow.

Honest time: sometimes I truly despise my art style… it takes so much time, time I don’t have much of, and I want to deliver quality stuff to you guys who follows me, not just sketches.
”Are you the Valkyrie coming to get me?”
Vili/Eivor
Vili, being injured to almost close to death, found himself wandering deeper into what looked like a forest of giant trees, passing trees after trees. His brain felt hazy of bloodloss and pain as the stench of war clouded him and he had to take a moment to breathe- leaning heavily against one of the trees. But the screams of death still rang in his ears, forcing him to move on, to keep himself distracted.
Vili noticed a calm energy while climbing to hide on one of the enormous tree’s branches, when he suddenly felt a presence, like someone was looking at him. That’s when his wavering gaze was met by something, or more like someone, but by the looks of him, he reminded Vili of those paintings his father held dear, of Gods whose beauty is unnatural and unreachable.
”Are you the Valkyrie coming to get me?”

Oh hi! I’m not dead…but I’ve beeen really sick so I haven’t been very productive this is my first piece since a while back and I realized I need to get back into how I draw Eivor because I ”stumbled in darkness” while drawing this and the result shows…but this is young Eivor…so it’s okay
I hope y’all are doing fine and that the last days of 2021 treats you well!

Eivor’s smile grew as his words made Vili’s chest rumble with laughter, a sound making his blood even warmer.
But the joyous moment was disturbed by Randvi’s smileless face as she joined them. A wrinkle appeared between blond brows as Eivor reached towards the scroll, almost like he was hesitant if he wanted to know the news the scroll held, considering Randvi’s grim expression.
“It is an urgent message from Hytham” and now Eivor felt a tremor along his spine, knowing Hytham sent a message combined with the tone holding Randvi’s words, he knew this scroll was bringing something dreadful”.

“You can not go!” Vili’s roar caused several in Ravensthorpe to flinch while they passed by the longhouse. Pacing inside Eivor’s bedchamber, Vili shook his head as his hands rested on his hips “There is no way you can go to Hwicce when knowing this!”.
