Please tell me I still have Dragon Prince/Ruthari fans following me? It’s been a whole year since I last drew my boys and I’ve missed them SO much.
This WIP is dedicated to a kind stranger @legend-of-the-fandoms who slid into my DMs the other day and gave me that push I needed to start drawing these two again. And now I can’t wait to finish this one. Thank you ❤
Here’s the finished wig and horns. I colored a completely white wig with copics in various colors to match Nyx’ haircolors. The horns are attached with magnets to the wig so I can easily transport it without the fear of something breaking.
I have the wings finished as well, so that means the costume is practically finished! Sadly, I had to redo the mounting system for the wings, but I’m almost done with that.
A full test with make-up and everything will come soon!
Here’s a costume I had been working on in January, but put on hold due to various reasons (don’t worry, I’ll pick it up again early in April).
When I saw Nyx for the first time in the series, I instantly fell in love! I loved her character, her outfit and gosh dangit she has WINGS! Haven’t done a cosplay with wings in ages!!
In these photos I had already finished up all of the sewing work and only had to finish up the wig and wings.
