Jaskier based off a batfish (known to sing ba ba ba’s in a chorus) and mer design heavily inspired by this artist whose monster designs are awesome

Jaskier laughs, clear as a bell, and stands up. “Food first,” he says. “You may not be hungry, but I am. Besides,” he says. “I suppose I’ll be doing all the work. You’ll just get to lie back and think of-”
“Jaskier,” Geralt says. “The food.” He doesn’t try to hide his impatience, and that makes Jaskier laugh all the more.”
“Geralt almost never speaks, and when he does it’s to say things like that. Jaskier is going to strangle him in his sleep with his lute strings to save himself from hearing any more of it.“
It was such an absolute joy working with Sandrix on this fic and being able to squee and flail my way through it because Lan Xichen has to deal with a grumpy cat in seclusion! Please go give it a read and share the love <3
This was the first piece of paper-craft art that I’ve ever done and I’m so excited to be able to share it with you. Lan Xichen and the cat are done in layers of paper and are put on top of a watercolor background.
I have always been a sucker for dramatic outfit changes—Suffice it to say, the “weaponized homophobia” scene in this Gakushuu-centric fic had me very very entertained!
