Kappa are monsters that like to live in water. They aren’t in D&D 5e, but should be. They have a dish that holds water on top of their heads that they can’t let spill. They like cucumbers and sometimes drown people if they’re feeling mean.
Kender are a small childlike race native to Krynn.

Troglodytes in D&D are malodorous cave-dwelling humanoids. Usually hang out in the Underdark, which is good because sunlight hurts their eyes. They’ll eat anything they can.
