Guess and Flare Magazine know how to throw amazing parties. In celebration of 30 years of Guess they had models showcasing the new collection, cocktails, appetizers, make your own flip book and lastly a vending machine full of Guess goodies and the best part is you play until you win so nobody goes home empty handed. I love free stuff so it was a win for me. As I was looking through the Flare editors picks I chose two of my favourite trends from ladies and one of my favourite trends for men. I love a maxi dress that has a print because it’s a very functional piece because you can either dress it down for the day time or dress is up for the night time. I believe every ladie should at least own one maxi dress. My second favourite trend for ladies but this also applies to the men would be bold printed or coloured denim. I love this trend because I’m a freak when it comes to colour and it’s an easy way to have fun and show off your personality. One of my favourite trends for men’s wear would have to be the distressed denim. In my opinion this trend never gets old and it’s an amazing piece to have in your closet because you can roll up the ends for causal look like seen in the picture or for the evening roll them down if you do not like having them rolled up. When I see prints, colours and distressed clothing I have a fashion orgasm. I was so excited to meet Cassie Steele because I’m obsessed with the show The LA Complex. In my opinion it’s everything a TV show should be and it’s Canadian.
