I hope you guys don’t mind the frequent updates on the furby house, honestly it’s helping me stay motivated when sometimes that’s difficult to maintain. Anyways, today I’m working on the patio garden. Mural was put up yesterday, and today I’m working on the patio and turf. I’ll post a picture of it all together later, but check out the marble paths. I got a single sheet of tile and peeled off the single tiles I liked best and hot glued em to the wood.
Aw yeeee it’s all coming together. For the wallpaper and mural I’ve used scrapbooking paper that I adhered with modgepodge. The modgepodge is great because it holds really well but also makes it easy to remove the wallpaper should I change my mind. Which I have. A couple times already.
Just looking and thinking. Wallpaper pretty much done, maybe a couple of ceilings left to do. After that it’s time to build furniture and stuff. The gang is eager to move in.
Strawberry room (unrelated to Strawberry the furby ). Mint Chips here is in love with the wallpaper. I think I’m going to paint the ceiling white and I’d like to try to make a wicker basket pendant light maybe?
There is still a ton of work that needs to happen here but I’ve finally had the time to make some real progress on this project. I did get the room arrangement mixed around though but whatever. Oaty is sitting in what is going to be like an outdoor bar kinda thing on that top balcony. Lots to build, lots to do. I may try to get a tiny amount of astroturf for the lower balcony?

Next step: sanding, priming, figuring out a base or legs.
Eventually I’m gonna spray paint this white. In the meantime though here’s a lil’ taste of the progress on what I’m calling The Dutch House. Strawberry spends all day in there, which is good ‘cause she’s otherwise a menace.
Wow okay its been a while. This semester has been interesting.
On the plus side I found this bow at Target and gave it to Pinkette. On the negative side I am very stressed out and haven’t even had time to continue working on that furby house I was building. On another plus side the semester is almost over.
We cut the pieces to the house plan I posted the other day. Took some extra math stuff to get the exact measurements worked out so lemme know if you want em. I am so stoked to FINALLY be building a place for the furb gang to live, plus then I’ll have a little house to decorate.
Wow okay its been a hot minute since I’ve posted, school’s been real busy-like recently. So busy I missed two major Furby holidays: halloween and voting! So here’s a photo of MaiTai wearing his costume and holding my vote sticker.
MaiTai was a pizza. After finals this upcoming week I’ll have more time for the furby clan and honestly I’m pretty stoked. I’ve got some customs planned I cant wait to work on, and maybe I’ll even be able to actually commit to that giveaway I was thinking about. I found that tiny ceramic mug at an antique shop a while back. The furby clan fights over it constantly. It was Pumpkin’s turn to use the mug this morning so obv we had coffee time together. Hopefully it will be a little bit before another fight breaks out over it, I’m getting sick of being accidentally bitten while trying to break up an argument. I don’t know why they get so heated over this!
My kiwi furby lemonade has gone missing. He’s been missing for about 6 months, and between covid and searching the house for him, I have to accept that ive left him somewhere

If you are from Hamilton, )or anywhere else in nz in case hes moved) New Zealand, and you’ve randomly found a kiwi furby wearing a Scooby-Doo dog collar and a Velma pin, also has many little earrings, he belongs to me.
Hes very important to me, especially managing my ptsd since he comes to all my doctors appointments for support. I miss him so much, and if I have lost him, please help me bring him home.
