Her sister’s words rang hollow as Kimmy wriggled and struggled on the living room couch. Mouth stuffed with a rag and taped rigorously shut, bound quite tightly with nylon cords, the young woman sighed deeply, helpless to escape.
She was doing homework when the masked thief slipped into the house, surprising her. Out-muscled and overpowered, Kimmy was bound and gagged in short order by the intruder after being forced to tell where she had the necklace. What instinct told her to lie and tell him about one of her older sister’s gaudy handcrafted pieces instead eluded her for the moment…
