The minute she was created, she became his everything. Whereas he was a creature of earth, she was born of the sky. He’d created things with wings, but they were heavy, needing the ground to rest, but she was lighter than helium and her four wings put all else to shame. She never needed to touch the ground, her lovely taloned feet staying clasped as she hovered above Ben, pressing kisses into his hair and touching their noses together, her sweet smiles meant only for him. His lips pouted slightly before falling into a sigh, making her a name just as the Force made his.

The concept for this shoot came from a dream. In my dream, I saw personifications of good and evil. They looked identical in every way, except for the cloaks they were wearing. One white, and one black. Their faces were pale, though the one in black had darker eyes. I could tell that they were in conflict with each other, even though there was no physical contact between them. They simply stood with their hands raised inches from the other’s.
The models are identical twins Derick and Casey Boss. The makeup artist was Danielle Donahue. All effects were achieved in-camera.
