Hawkeye is the anti-grimdark-DC series I needed. From lessons in “why heroes don’t murder, even if they are bad guys” to updated cheesy 60s-Batman fight scenes done right, it’s a great counter to Zack Snyder and his ilk.
This might be my favorite page of this character. Here I show the ideas and final take on the knots and her house emblem.
