I’ve been making and developing several of my wizard OCs lately.
This one’s yellow!
☆ Magic is a sin! ☆
Yellow is a wizard who, unlike the others, only specializes in one type of magic: stars! However, that one magic type is one she is really really good at. She uses a giant hammer as her spell focus, and it is her favorite kind of weapon to use.
Despite being a wizard and her magical prowess, she has a crusader-like passion of her mindset that magic is a sin, and that God wants her to get rid of it.

Although her presence poses a great threat to the world, she has yet to start her Armageddon. Because of this, the people around her tend to walk on eggshells so that it would never have to happen.
One mistake they’ll never repeat is taking away her hammer.
Vincent Van Gogh was born on March 30th, he was posthumously deemed to have Bipolar Disorder, thus today is World Bipolar Day. I didn’t know World Bipolar Day was a thing until I heard about it while watching the news a couple of mornings ago.
But now that I know, I feel like I have to say SOMETHING in the name of walking the walk. I can’t tell everyone else to f*** the stigma and then let the stigma scare me.
This is one of my wounds into wisdom situations
Truthfully I am not completely aware of what people are unaware of.
I’ll share the 3 top things that come to mind and maybe you will learn something new, and maybe you won’t.
1. Bipolar disorder and multiple personalities are not the same thing.
2. When you learn to manage it like a boss, you’ll find the upsides of the symptoms. Experiencing such a uniquely intense and broad range of emotion can create a whole new understanding of the capabilities of the mind, and a whole new appreciation for human behavior and connection.
3. Full on mania is a lot like your brain randomly deciding to take a boat load of cocaine. Zero warning. You have to live regular life in that state of mind. No one is anywhere near your level. Come down is included.
This was so real for me today. I post a lot of positive quotes and I am most proud of the fact that I live up to the messages that I spread through every company I have. Even when it scares me, even when I’m uncomfortable I live up to the ideals until they become completely natural. Speak up even if your voice shakes. The most important thing is to get the message across and to have clear communication and for you to know that you have spoken your truth. Speak up for yourself AND speak up for others who are often too afraid to speak up for themselves. The finished Crusader, having this used look with scratches and dust like the Cinerators. The head is still missing because I’m not sure if I like it or not. This Crusader named “Hand of Sulon" is in use since the very first years of the Protectorate and is - due to the Warcasters’ good care - in excellent condition. Over the decades, thousands of skulls were smashed under the Hand’s heavy mace and if nothing too bad is about to happen, more are to follow.
Der fertige Kreuzritter hat den gleichen abgenutzten Look mit Kratzern und Dreck wie die Cinerators. Der Kopf fehlt noch, da ich mir selbst noch nicht sicher bin, ob mir das Design gefällt oder nicht. Dieser Kreuzritter, die “Hand von Sulon” ist bereits seit den frühesten Jahren des Protektorats in Benutzung und ist - dank der guten Pflege durch die Warcaster - in exzellenter Verfassung. Über die Jahrzehnte wurden tausende Schädel unter dem schweren Streitkolben der Hand zertrümmert und sofern ihr nichts allzu Schlimmes widerfährt, werden diesen Schädeln noch viele weitere folgen.

Leighton changed the setting for the drama to the battlements of a medieval castle, below which the young crusader’s ships are waiting.
‘Brothers in arms - Invasion’ No, I haven’t played Ghost of Tsushima… yet, hehe :) but I can’t wait to try it! I’m very excited about this game!
So, I have never been a big supporter of the theory that the knights of medieval Europe had no contact with the Samurai. I mean, of course, probably not on a scale worth noting by historians of the period, sure! But, knowing human nature and curiosity about the world, I simply do not believe that no knight or some mercenary working for a merchant, did not made it to Japan :) This is a story of William, a young hospital knight who lost his faith, disappointed with the crusades, at the end of the 13th century, with a merchant caravan set off to Asia. After years of travel and extraordinary adventures, he ended up in Japan, where he becomes a friend of a Samurai named Sukesada. Together they face the Mongol invasion. William wrote down his adventures in his personal journal, as you can see he liked to embellish some parts… ;)
