The temporary tattoos are drawn using henna, a type of natural dye. The tattoos have a heart motif, but swirls emerge from it in a curly, spiky and sometimes wing-like fashion. There is one big heart on the back of the hand, with a grinning simplified skull in the middle of it. Wings extend on either side, covering the entire back of the hand. There are two smaller hearts, one on the index knuckle and one at the bottom right of the middle heart. The middle finger bears three sparkles, one on each knuckle joint.
