This got into my head and I just had to draw it. Probably won’t happen in the fic but this is pretty much them in a nutshell. Kallus DID ask to be shown how to use the weapon, in case of an emergency, but he wasn’t expecting Zeb to be so… hands-on.

Today’s inktober got posted on my chronic illness comic blog because…that’s what it is…
what, in your opinion, is the best onscreen kiss of all time??? not so much in a ‘this is my otp so i love their first kiss’ kind of way. as in, what’s the kiss you look at - whether it be bc of the soundtrack or the setting or the outfit choice or the leadup or the symbolism - and you think, that is a Damn good kiss?????
So, with Season of the splicer announced, trailer is absolutely hype and everything. HOWEVER, it also got me thinking…
So before I assumed dreg hair is just a headdress piece, since on official D2 renders, eliksni depicted with shelled heads, which we used as reference -
But in trailer we can clearly see dreg with head that has no shell whatsoever and not only that, has a hair growing on their head like a horse mane - which suggests they have natural hair. It also matches skolas model (which had no shells but also no hair, but one can assume they might shave or w/e)
BUT! if you look closely at baby eliksni, you see that there’s something going on on top of their head, and it’s not hair, and it looks more like a shell that we saw on the D2 render. For comparison.
Shape is the same and everything… So can they have either? what’s going on there. Am i thinking too hard about it.
