I don’t want to see another bad-boy-with-a-heart-of-gold or morally gray character or antihero or lovable villain ever again. we have enough of those already. I’m so tired of directors yelling at as about how that’s human nature and how broken people do bad things.

I want good characters. I want another Steve Rogers and Clark Kent and Sam Wilson and Hermione Granger and Samwise Gamgee and i want tv shows like Ted Lasso where people are inherently good and broken people do good things!

I want to love characters without having to make excuses for them. i want good characters! because guess what? being good is human nature too!
