February 1- made a super cute hat for my future step-niece!

January 25-Birthday dinner and board games with my girls:)

January 24- bought fabulous new yarn to knit things for my impending step-niece

January 23- my birthday! The boys make me do a muff dive and give me chlamydia

January 22- cooking with leeks makes me feel like a Farfetch’d

January 21- wide open spaces

January 20- huge hoods which hide the fact you are passionately mouthing the words of a song on your walk home

January 19- random toad trip for sushi with Justin:)

January 18- playing cards against humanities with the girls!

January 16- Have been meaning to get back into sewing for a while and needed an apron so bam! There you have it. And yes it is hanging on a ninja star. I live a dangerous life.

January 15- that moment when amazon.co.uk is so much more efficient than amazon.ca. Happy early birthday to me!

January 14- I cracked myself up when I called my supper “Fifty Shades of Yellow”. Send help.

January 13- blew up balloons and had a very successful surprise party for my friend last evening (it counts because it lasted well into today!)

January 11-clay cafe and drinks with my sister!

January 10- finding Twinnings at the grocery store (and it being sale!)

January 9- These mannequins never cease tricking me into thinking there are random people chilling in scuba gear

January 8-crocheting the draft stopper of many colours

January 7- It was everyone’s first day back from holidays and every person who passed my office had to play with my Newton’s cradle

January 6- finally convincing JC to watch Star Wars and him actually enjoying A New Hope
