I know Scrooge isn’t technically one of the Duck cousins but tbh I don’t care. We know Louie of the four kids has the highest likelihood of becoming the heir to McDuck enterprises, partially bc he’s the one who wants it the most but also bc he’s the one who has the instinctual skills to handle it. And we’ve seen young Scrooge. Man was kind of a little shit and so is Louie.
Huey-Donald
Canonically Huey is the one of the triplets who inherited the “Donald Rage” as I’m gonna call it. I also headcanon that Donald enrolled Huey into the Junior Woodchucks bc he was the most accident prone of the three and he hoped the woodchucks would either give him some order in his life or at least prep him for the inevitable disasters.

Okay. Yes The Depths Of Cousin Feathry made it very clear Huey and Feathry have a lot of surface level similarities and it’s very cute. HOWEVER. Devotes their entire life to a very niche thing that people are mildly concerned about, extremely friendly and excited to share their interests with people, and also kinda bad at people skills? Webby and Feathry definitely.
Can we talk about this moment?? The way she glanced at him spoke VOLUMES. The show could’ve easily shown her looking at all three of them or one of the other two triplets and it would still make sense since, oh they’re kids, and they’re Scrooge’s kids, and she’s gonna have compassion; she’s already softened during this episode anyway.
But she specifically glances at Louie, because she has a history with him, and that’s what convinces her in the end to go help Scrooge.

And as always I’d like to remind everyone that in many non English speaking countries, Aunt/Uncle are terms used to describe any adult figure in a child’s life and do not necessarily imply blood relation. If I had to guess I’d say Goldie taught this guy the way of the theater cause she was already very old in that photo lol

Although I need to study in detail about these things, and this was the most difficult thing for me when drawing, especially the details on various costumes. This time I wanted to talk about Russian folk costumes and customs because of the current holidays, so I drew Donald and Daisy Duck in Russian folk costumes. Admittedly, it was hard to catch the eye on the details on women’s folk costumes, but somehow I succeeded. Sorry in advance for some mistakes I made, I’m not exactly a specialist in small details.
Yes, they celebrate their Christmas in a traditional wooden house (in a warm room) during the Russian winter, which is usually celebrated on January 7 according to the Julian calendar (according to the Gregorian calendar, it is December 25, when most Christians celebrate Christmas). and the New Year is January 14. Yes, behind them is the Christmas tree (whose custom was imported from Germany) and traditional food (breads and cakes). I wanted to add and draw an icon, but I wouldn’t care about this drawing, and maybe better not, for some reason. I also wanted to add Donald’s nieces and Daisy’s nieces, but they wouldn’t stop at this drawing, so I just put Louie Duck (Donald’s nephew and Huey’s and Dewey’s brother) in a traditional Russian suit for boys with a hat and a flower on his hat. You have two of the same drawings where Louie wears a white shirt, while in the other two same drawings you have Louie where she has a green shirt as a combination. Maybe for the second time, Donald’s other nephews and Daisy’s nieces will be shown in Russian folk costumes or other costumes of other nationalities. Sorry about this. Some are illuminated photographs and some are not. And behind them you can see two “Matryoshka dolls” (wooden dolls that overlap from bigger to smaller) who are actually Santa Claus (according to them, Frost Father and Ded Moroz) and Snegurochka (The Snow Maiden). For those who don’t know, Donald is in Russian Дональд Дак , Daisy is Дейзи Дак, and Donald’s nephews are Billy, Willie and Dilly ( Билли, Вилли и Дилли - Хьюи, Дьюи и Луи). So similar names.

Hello everyone! I know I haven’t been there in a while, but this was a rough year and so I didn’t have the sense to drawing. Btw, I’m so excited for season 3 of Ducktales and expecially for Daisy I like to imagine her like a writer and that she has been asked to write a biography about Scrooge and his family ( “The life and times of Scrooge Mcduck” ). In the old comics and series she was always a journalist/secretary and I quite like this idea
