A big Yahoo!Japan package arrived from my proxy’s recently… finally trying to get it processed so I can play with it all once the holiday stress dies down.

First & second pics – matching YoSD dress sets by Lush Berry. I’ve had their Twitter post bookmarked for ages, hoping I would eventually be able to find these to add to my collection. I’m so pleased! Now I just need to find a third… and maybe the turtlenecks, too? XD

Third pic – gorgeous floral print corduroy jacket by Kyrie. I’m sure I’ve mentioned it before, but… I love corduroy. The combination of fabric + print in a jacket style like this is both outrageous and cool. I’m sure it will end up on Dom first, and not just because the floral print is the same as these pants I photographed him in a while back, heh.

Fourth pic – butterfly top, also by Kyrie. What makes this unique is the way the neckline is cut along the top of the butterfly’s wings. It’s an interesting design decision, to say the least, and I don’t think I’ve seen another shirt like it.

Fifth pic – cropped white jeans, again by Kyrie. And, no, you’re not imagining it; you’ve seen something like these from me before! They’re the second pair I’ve owned, only this pair is from the later release, indicated by the studs on the pocket rather than a tiny silver skull. My thought is that Justyn will end up using these the most, and the skull doesn’t suit him. Plain studs will be more versatile.

Sixth pic – stylish sweater and dickey set by Silver Butterfly. As usual, there are tons of neat details to these pieces, like the elbow patches on the sweater and the pintucks of the dickey. I honestly thought the teal collar would be sewn in place, but it turned out to be entirely removable. This gives it a ton of mixing and matching options! I think Vince and Dom will share the sweater, but the teal dickey is gonna be fun to play with for everyone.

Seventh pic – “Ability” T by Alfheim, this time in black. I’m not 100% sure I’ll keep this, only because I already have the same style in a dusty blue. Black and white shirts can be more useful because they “go” with everything, but I’ve really been loving the chance to do more with colors in my dolls’ wardrobes than I have in the past. Still, we’ll see. It’s here now, anyway!

Eighth pic – basic soft yellowish long-sleeve shirt by Fuga Lupinus. Speaking of color! The style is beautifully basic, but I’m so in love with everything about it. Fuga’s work just ticks a lot of boxes for me, and I’m thrilled to add this to the stash.

Ninth pic – fun! and loud! button-down top, also by Fuga Lupinus. It has brightly colored birds and flowers on it; what’s not to love? Justyn’s getting it first, without a doubt, and it kinda makes me wish for summer… (only kinda, though). Even if warm weather is months away, I’m looking forward to using this. <3

And that’s this batch!

Most of these, other than the two Lush Berry sets and the Alfheim shirt, came from the same listing, believe it or not. The lot was pretty sizable, and the seller wasn’t sure about what everything was, which might have worked out in my favor, since the description didn’t mention the Fuga Lupinus stuff, for example, or the Silver Butterfly sweater. It was a lucky score, all in all!

A little smattering of things (from DollyTeria + Instagram) that arrived weeks ago. Finally getting them done~ orz

First pic – interesting tank by OILSHOCK. I knew they made some clothing and not just accessories, but this piece was not one I was familiar with. (And since their personal blog is gone now, there’s nothing to reference.) The tag’s pretty conclusive, though! Randomly, not long after I bought this, I came across a blog that featured photos of their doll wearing this same tank, so that was a fun coincidence.

Second pic – Soylent Green boots in black. These were listed as SD size, but they’re clearly much larger and meant for SD13B (or maybe SD17?). That’s fine, though; they’ll get plenty of use just the same, as they’re a different style than the other black boots I have from them.

Third pic – and Soylent Green boots in red! I’d been (not so secretly) wishing for a pair of these to go with the Aprism dress from a while back. These are SD sized, although I would have used them for V regardless. They’ll fit her better this way, though. XD

Fourth pic – a Lush Berry dress set, to match the others I have! At the time, I had rejoiced at getting two but lamented that I didn’t have a third (for my three YoSD girls to wear together), and then this listing showed up…

Fifth pic – …along with this one. Yes, it’s a color I had already. But! It had a necklace I didn’t have (these are my first two from Lush Berry), so I had to grab it as well. The lace trim on the underskirts are slightly different, too, if that matters to anyone but me. I haven’t decided if I’ll sell one of the doubles yet (or get a YoSD twin for one of my girls?) Heh.

Sixth pic – adorable bucket hat by lovesprung. I’m a sucker for corduroy, for dusty pinks, and for hats in general. Naturally, I had to have this. <3

That’s all… for now!

A mishmash of things arrived, smooshing together a couple of DollyTeria orders and a Doll Up! order. (Not that the distinction matters that much, since Doll Up is just a sub-store of DollyTeria, but whatever. I’m still hoping they start syncing their stock and websites a little better.) Anyway!

First pic – “chef” pants by +d, in a black polyester fabric. It feels like a windbreaker for legs; it’s a very interesting choice. The boys will have to share these, of course.

Second pic – lovely “monotone print flared skirt”, also by +d. I don’t usually go for such a stark scheme for V, but I wasn’t going to pass up the listing, either. While it’s tempting to keep any outfit with this skirt entirely monochrome (and I might do a version of that at some point, just because), I think it’ll be fun to pair it with colors instead. Despite the black and white print, the fabric is lightweight, so it feels oddly spring-y.

Third pic – black leather shorts by KABA. Sadly, mine didn’t include the belt, so I’ll have to find something else to use if I want the “suspenders” look. I’d originally passed over these without really paying attention to the photos, since DollyTeria had them listed as being made from pleather. After I glanced at them again later, I saw the back tag and realized they would, in fact, be made from real leather (one of KABA’s recognizable traits). They’ll be Vincynt’s.

Fourth pic – tank top by your my baby. It’s, uh, sized for Unoa, but I don’t regret purchasing it. Stuff from your my baby shows up few and far between, so I had to snag it while I can. (I slept on an earlier set months ago and still regret it, wah.) The text on the front is certainly… interesting. I’m going to put it on one of the Yo girls and see if I can make it work. XD

Fifth pic – older YoSD set by Lush Berry. It’s cute! Like their other works, this top was available in several colors, I think. The listing pic made it seem very crimson, but it’s more of a raspberry in person (which I like better). It’ll be a fun addition to my collection.

Sixth pic – yellow Converse-style sneakers from CooKids. How could I not get these?! They’re bright yellow, therefore they are great. XD

Seventh pic – cat-eared flying cap by KABA. It’s the brown leather version (there have been several others). This was purchased for Joce specifically. I might have preferred the black for him, given a choice, but I have been waiting for one, any one, to show up for a while now. My plan is to do an airship AU outfit for him at some point. *^^*

Eighth pic – “Asmodeus” horns by KHEM, the “petit” version in “Antique”. I’ve been eyeing various sheep horns for V for a while, and then these showed up… I hesitated for a while, then finally pulled the trigger. I think the smaller size will suit her tiny face better, and I’m excited about the color matching possibilities to the Silver Butterfly stuff I got a couple weeks ago. Building outfits around these will be exciting, I hope!

Ninth pic – bowtie pillow by Ronshuka Couture. It’s cute! This maker isn’t really on my radar because I don’t own the type of dolls they design for, but a pillow like this is pretty free-size. (Although DollyTeria had it labeled as being for Obitsu 11, of all sizes, so that’s a weird one.) I mostly got it because it was bundled with this…

Tenth pic – crescent moon pillow by girlish*kiss. Scream. These are such lovely, delicate things, and I’m tickled, well, pink to finally own one. As always, the beadwork and detailing is stellar.

And that’s that! Kind of a random bunch of stuff, from the different sizes to the mix of clothing and accessories. Maybe that makes it more interesting, though?

So! Back in August, I won a ridiculous(andridiculously cool) lot of stuff that, it turned out, I was able to (fairly confidently) trace back to a particular doll blog, due to the specific mix of dealer pieces they’d owned and photographed. It was pretty neat! When I won the auction, I had been under the impression that they were selling the last of their doll collection after getting out the hobby years ago.

Only… it was just the beginning. XD

Recently, they added several more listings with tons of additional things I was hankering after, which also provided further evidence that I had the provenance correct. Knowing who the previous owner was helped immensely in identifying some of the items from the listings! It was also lots of fun to see how they had styled and used the pieces, plus there’s just the good ol’ dash of nostalgia.

Anyway. So I got a big (and I mean big; it was nearly a doll-sized box full of clothes) package from my proxy the other day. The previous owner was a collector after my own heart. ;o; <3

First pic – gorgeous Lush Berry dress, still in package. This is one of their classic styles, and I’ve been eyeing it every time one came up for sale. The Y!J listing photos weren’t comprehensive, so I guessed that there was a Lush Berry item in there based on the package design, but I didn’t realize it’d be this one. It was a lucky surprise!

Second pic – also a fun surprise, this is a simple but beautiful dress from Tremolo (I think they went through a few name changes). I’ve been trying to get some of their stuff for ages! This was separated from the rest of the set, sadly, but I’m grateful to have it at all.

Third pic – WORKSHOP dress/top in black, with a very interesting texture. I don’t know if I’ll use it much – maybe for Joce? – or even end up keeping it, but it is neat nonetheless.

Fourth pic – also by WORKSHOP, a lovely little white blouse with lace and pintucks. It could use some help to get it to lay flat after being in storage forever, but it’s quite cute. As it’s not tagged, this is one of the instances where being familiar with the previous owner’s blog came in handy!

Fifth pic – another surprise; this top turned out to be from a your my baby set. I would love to own the rest of it someday! This dealer hasn’t released many things over the years, so it’s wonderful to have another of their pieces.

Sixth pic – plaid skirt by Maricotinha. I am a sucker for plaid, I am a sucker for purple, and I am a sucker for Maricotinha’s works. So. Yeah. It’ll be on V eventually! XD

Seventh pic – a grail item! This reversible balloon skirt by Aprism has been a dream of mine for over a decade. It’s so soft and floofy and adorable, and I can’t believe I finally own it. For some reason, I think of this as very emblematic of Aprism (+ Citron). <3

Eighth pic – yes, it’s another velvet*paw kitty hat+scarf. Since it’s “ash” gray this time, that makes it totally different from the other… three… that I own. Right? Right. And anyway, it was part of a lot and I wasn’t going to say “no” to it once I had it in my hands, so there it is.

This group of things were really all over the place, huh? The second part is a little more cohesive, so stay tuned~

The other, actually recent, arrivals. It’s kind of a mixed bag!

First pic – stylish and fun jumpsuit by JAM (maybe K-all?). This was listed on DollyTeria a long while back, before I was familiar with the dealer, and I hemmed and hawed over picking it up anyway, and it sold out. So when it reappeared – whether it’s the exact same one, or coincidentally just the same style – I didn’t want to wait and miss out again. I have some other jumpsuits, but they feel more like “Jer’s”… this one, I think, will be primarily for Dom. Kinda wonder what Justyn would look like in it, though…

Second pic – “sign (white x pink)” cut & sew by Euphoria and cor leonis. I’ve been hankering for one of this shirts since they debuted! This color combo probably wouldn’t have been my first choice, but maybe it’s better this way. The hot pink printing will require some extra thought when it comes to outfit building, because it’s a little outside of my usual stuff. I do like how they show it on an SD girl, so maybe with the pink Soylent Green boots…?

Third pic – saurel pants by Sugar Hospital. I’m glad I found these! DollyTeria’s listing photos were lousy and didn’t clearly show off the SH tag. I’d actually bookmarked that post ages ago in the hopes that I’d come across them eventually. Sugar Hospital’s stuff is amazingly nice, so it’s a shame that they’re on hiatus (maybe permanently closed)? I’m still hoping to find more…

Fourth pic – beautiful dress set by girlish*kiss. It’s older than their current social media posts, sadly, so there aren’t any modeled photos available. It might actually be a little too dressy for V, but I’m going to try it on her anyway. I have a hard time passing up anything by this dealer. XD

Fifth pic – leggings! I don’t know if I’ll keep the polka dot ones, but the floral print pair is a new addition to my Lush Berry collection. (Yes, it is actually slightly different in color to my others.) They’re just really useful to have.

Sixth pic – “paper knit panama hat” by Idea of Dusk. I’m not familiar with the dealer, but the packaging is very clear! Another fun and stylish piece that will probably end up on Dom for spring or summer.

Seventh pic – sweet little hat by & Eming. It’s this style and fabric, but in SD size. I have a couple of their YoSD hats, and they are precious. I know they made a lot of other styles in various colors, so although they seem to have left the BJD world behind, I hope I can find more of their hats someday. <3

And that’s that!
