Trying to get some new(ish) arrivals processed! Some of this is recent, and some of these has been sitting around for weeks because it was such a small group. I smooshed ‘em together for this post. XD

First pic – gorgeous 3-way gray jacket by Silver Butterfly. It’s so plushy! The hood and fur collar are both removable, so you can easily change the look of it around. I bought it mostly with Dom in mind, but I think it’d be fun to style it for everyone, even V and Joce depending on the rest of the outfit.

Second pic – basic gray hoodie by Kyrie. Honestly, I was a bit surprised by this in person, although I don’t know why. Maybe I assumed it’d be a heavier sweatshirt material than it turned out to be? Whatever the reason, it’s quite cute for being such a simple design.

Third pic – some very interesting pants by an unknown maker. (The original, handwritten price tag was included, but it doesn’t have a name attached and there are no other tags.) It, uh, has a contrasting plaid crotch gusset, which is even more obvious from the back. I don’t know if I’ll end up keeping these because they’re a little strange, but I might have to try styling them (probably on Dom) just to see what they look like on.

Fourth pic – “fair isle” knit leg (arm?) warmers by Fuga Lupinus. These are just so adorable, and I’m super pleased I was able to pick them up.

Fifth pic – beautiful lace +d hoodie. This is a much different, more elegant flavor to the other hoodies of theirs I have; the body is lace with tulle underneath, and it has very short sleeves. It should be cute paired with shorts or a skirt for spring, don’t you think?

Sixth pic – YoSD outfit set by an unknown maker. I grabbed this on a whim because it looked cute. I have some other pink and red things that will help round it out a bit as an ensemble. If you happen to know the dealer name, please share! <3

Seventh pic – tweedy brown knit coat by g angelic. I’ve seen their name before, but this is the first piece of theirs I’ve owned. It looks cozy, so I’d better get to using it soon while snow’s on the ground. XD

Eighth pic – striped pants by Honey So Sweet. Usually, I buy HSS stuff mainly for Jer, but these might have to go to someone else. (They’re slim fit, which I don’t typically associate with him.) Lots of interesting details in this pair, with the mixed fabrics, split hems, and distressing. Fun~

Ninth pic – “marine bag” by Alfheim. This is the Unoa size, actually, so it might be a bit small for SD, but whatever. It’s still cute!

Tenth pic – “apple beret” by JET RUNNER;D. The concept alone is fantastic. I’m also just a sucker for berets and hats, plus I think the red color will pair perfectly with the Aprism dress from a while back.

More to come??

This is it, finally caught up! It’s a little DollyTeria package again, but it contained some really lovely stuff, including something I have dreamed of for a long time now. Let’s goooo~!

First pic – gorgeous hand-dyed “drape cut & sew” top by Silver Butterfly. I am so in love with it! The unusual neckline is fantastic, and all of the other details are top-notch. Apparently there are two color variants, so now I’m wondering how likely it is that I’ll be able to find the other someday. It’s stupid to be over the moon over a shirt, but here I am. I know Dom wants it, but I think I need to put it on Vincynt first. <3

Second pic – “drape tank top”, also by Silver Butterfly. Love this one, too. I’ve had – and missed – several opportunities to pick up this tank recently and was very annoyed with myself… so when another chance came along, I had to grab it. It’s just cool.

Third pic – a fairly basic black tank top, again by Silver Butterfly. It was an impulse buy, and afterward I wondered if I really needed another black tank. But the material is noticeably different than the other one I have, so maybe I’ll end up using it after all. It’s a strangely heavy fabric, even though it’s also mesh? We’ll see, I guess!

Fourth pic – another tank top, but this one is by Fuga Lupinus. Black and white zig-zags, again mostly purchased for the “cool” factor. I so don’t need more tank tops, but I keep buying them anyway. XD

Fifth pic – fantastic cardigan by Fuga Lupinus. This is one of my favorites as far as their tag styles. I also love the neat sewn folds at the front bottom hem! It’ll probably suit Vincynt best, being black (very dark gray?).

Sixth pic – cool hooded ivory top, also by Fuga Lupinus. Like the cardigan, it seems basic but has some extra little details that elevate it. The bottom side hems are folded and sewn, so it has an interesting amount of volume built in. I’ll put it on Justyn first, I think?

Seventh pic – red and navy blue paisley print pants, once again by Fuga Lupinus. I’m actually not 100% sure how I’m going to use these or who’s going to wear them, but I’ll figure it out eventually. They’re at least different, anyway. I’ve been enjoying the ability to give my dolls a wardrobe that’s not just straight black, white, or denim blues, like I did back in the day. XD

Eighth pic – chiffon stoles in pink and white by OILSHOCK. While not as recognizable as their plaid scarves, maybe, they have their own charm and will be nice for accessorizing. Also, I’m just a sucker for adding things to my collection, so, you know. Heh!

Ninth pic – and finally, a straw handbag by OVAL-VELVET. This has been a “missing link” in my collection for ages, and I’m so glad to have one after all this time. With the original tag, even! (It’s the first time I’ve seen one!!) Their bags were something that appears over and over in various dealer blogs and pics – CoCoon, Silver Butterfly, peche*, Hal and Sotika, Aprism, maricotinha, the list goes on. It was just everywhere, but I’d never been able to catch one for sale. I only hope that more will come my way soon! It’s just so iconic of a particular era of dealer works that I adore. <3

Ta-da! Caught up. Next will be actual doll photos, as I have tons there to catch up on, too. Soon… soon… maybe… ._.;;

Working through a disjointed mess of backlog acquisitions. Most of this stuff is from DollyTeria, with the exception of one thing from Yahoo!Japan. It’s also been sitting around for weeks, so… I’m looking forward to finally getting this out of the way. XD

First, second, & third pics – classic Soylent Green SD-size leather boots, in basic neutrals. I’ve adored owning the pairs I already had in magenta and teal, but having some regular, boring colors will be great for outfits, too. The black and brown came with boxes (and with a pretty floral label design!). I’m not sure any of the three pairs were ever used, though, so I’m cramming them on Joce and V as soon as I can. They’re too great not to be worn! <3

Fourth pic – long ribbed armwarmers by +d. These are also destined to be a staple item! +d has made other variations of these with extra decorations (fur and lace), but these are just the plain ones.

Fifth pic – black lace/mesh stockings by KABA. Looking at them again, I wonder who I had in mind when I grabbed these… I might put them on Joce, honestly. Maybe with the black Soylent Green boots? I’m not sure who else they would suit.

Sixth pic – cute cream stockings by girlish*kiss. I love the delicate textures of the fabric. These are definitely going to be for V.

Seventh pic – fantastic “Treasure Hunter” set by OILSHOCK. It’s another gorgeous triangle stole (with glittery crown print) for my collection, plus the matching necklace. I don’t think this was ever removed from its package, and I couldn’t bring myself to do it just yet… it’ll happen eventually, though. I have to pair the scarf with my map-print Soylent Green boots at some point. XD

Eighth pic – random little black velvet headband and printed fabric scrunchie. Completely unsure of the makers… they came bundled with Citron stuff, but I’m pretty sure they’re not either Citron or Aprism. I guess the scrunchie might have been an Aprism thing, or a little giveaway, but I’ve not see it before, either way. I don’t know if I’ll end up keeping either, but I wanted to make note of them.

Ninth pic – really odds and ends! This is a bunch of extra papers, mini postcards, inserts, and other promo things from Citron (+ Aprism) releases. I feel like they got shoved into a listing as a bonus because DT wasn’t sure what else to do with them, although the previous owner obviously kept them pretty meticulously. The green “Joyeux Noel” card might be the most interesting of the batch, as it details the original order placed (for the “blue sky” scissor pouch), including the person’s name. I’ve blocked that out here, just in case, but it’s a nice detail that Citron printed out cards like that for individual orders.

Back to more exciting photos! Of dolls’ faces! Probably. XD

Some clothes & fabric accessories from DollyTeria that have been sitting here for a month now. I’m so behind. But this is a really fun batch of stuff!

First pic – “mohair sweater” in beige, from Aprism. It’s gorgeous. It’s a dream item for V, really. And… after just running that blog post through Google Translate, I realize that I’ve laid it down backwards, since the tag should be on the left. Whoops. It’s more or less reversible, but now I feel silly. XD

Second pic – brown knit turtleneck/tunic. I’m pretty sure it’s by Maricotinha, but I’ll have to trawl through their blog posts to confirm. As with many of their works, similar shapes and fabrics show up again and again, so it’s tough to find one piece among several look-alikes. At any rate, it’s lovely and a bit billowy, which makes it look odd and rumpled when flat.

Third pic – gray & white striped turtleneck, possibly this one from tres*jolie. I haven’t decided if I’m going to keep it yet. The neutral colors mean it would work well for layering, but I don’t have anything else from this dealer. It’s also a bit oddly constructed, in that there’s a seam up the center back, but no closure? There are side seams, too, so having the center back seam without an opening of any kind is unnecessary… I’m not sure what the purpose of that construction would be. It’s weird. ?_?

Fourth pic – reversible chiffon skirt by Aprism, in black. The fabric has a really neat silky feel to it. As usual, the photos on DollyTeria were terrible and difficult to decipher… it took a lot of squinting at the listing to determine that the hem and waistband matched up with Aprism’s pics. I did get lucky with my guess, though; it’s clearly tagged inside. <3

Fifth pic – fantastic hat also by Aprism. This style shows up a few times in various posts on their blogs, as part of sets and such, but never as a stand-alone piece. I’m not sure if it was offered separately, or if the rest of its outfit set is still floating around somewhere. It’s a shape I really love, so I hope to put it to good use, both for the boys and V, I think.

Sixth pic – it’s a ribbed knit hat by +d! But it’s different than the other ribbed knit hats I have from +d, so it’s okay, heh. It has a distinctly unique shape compared to the others, and the brim is wired so that it can be bent up or down as desired. Will Jer wear it the most? Probably. XD

Seventh pic – green “military beret” by KABA. Mine doesn’t have a pin, but that’s fine; it looks cute plain, but I might be able to come up with some pins to use with it anyway. Although the design is fairly simplistic, it has such a professional feel to it. KABA’s stuff is like that, I guess! Since it’s a military look, it’ll probably go to Jer, too.

Eighth pic – another dream item from Aprism + Citron. I’d been hoping against hope that, since the key necklace had shown up in an earlier listing, its matching scarf would eventually, too, and sure enough, it did. I just adore the multiple fabrics used, plus the sewn label. If I could get another and choose the color, it’d be the pink version, but honestly, I would love to have them all.

Ninth pic – textured scarf by CoCoon. It’s a fairly early piece (but not so early as to be a pigeon:milk one), and it was sold as part of this “bohemian set”. I’d love to get the other parts sometime! In the meantime, I’ll just mix and match it however I please. XD

Tenth pic – two other scarves by unknown dealers. They’re both made with neat fabrics and are in some interesting colors, but I have no idea where they came from. (They were listed with the A+C scarf.) The pink one strikes me as vaguely familiar, but I can’t place it. Maybe you recognize it?

And that’s that! My favorites are the Aprism + Citron pieces, obviously, but it should be fun to play with these in outfits. <3

Some more stuff from DollyTeria that arrived a few weeks back, from the best collection of Citron’s work I’ve ever seen outside of their own blog. I still really would love to know more about the previous owner, because I approve wholeheartedly of their taste. XD

First pic – “honey drops” necklace. This is deliciously bright in person. (I’ve already put it on Vincynt.)

Second pic – “mentha drops” necklace. This is the same design as the honey drops piece, only with the stone colors swapped out. It’s also very similar to one of the other Citron pieces I’ve had for a few years now, except with a teardrop-shaped stone instead of an oval. I’ve decided that makes them different enough to warrant keeping both, naturally. XD

Third pic – “monogram” necklace, the “simple” version. I already had the calligraphy version, but it’s nice to own the complete set, such as it is.

Fourth pic – “ribbon lace” necklace. This one has a distinctly wintry feel, so I’m sure I will put it to good use soon. The large lace pieces make for an interesting contrast with most of the other necklaces I’ve gotten, I think.

Fifth pic – “butterscotch” necklace. The toggle clasp in front also makes this a little unusual for Citron, as most of their other necklaces fasten in back. While it could work for anyone depending on the outfit, Justyn will probably get the most use out of it due to the stone color and bird charm.

Sixth & seventh pics – “Bambi” headbands, in the “white x brown” and “black x black” varieties. I managed to snag the “black x brown” version several years back from Mandarake, and it feels great to have all three. No doubt they’ll all get a lot of use, especially the white x brown one.

Eighth pic – this is unquestionably a Citron headband, but I’m perplexed about its release! I feel like I’ve gone through their website and blogs forward and back and haven’t come across pics of it… I’ll look again soon, mostly because I’m intensely curious about why I’ve missed seeing it. XD

Ninth pic – “blue sky” scissor pouch. These things are freakin’ adorable. I have one already – the brown + lace pouch that came with my “Collab Set A” – and I was hoping against hope that with all of the other Citron stuff DollyTeria was listing, that at least one of the pouches would also show up. Luckily, one did!

Tenth pic – a basic pillow, but I am in love with it. The retro green-yellow color is just amazing. It feels stupid to gush over something so simple as a pillow, but it’s seriously something I’ve dreamed of owning. The image of this pillow in the background of Citron’s photos is one that’s stuck with me for years and years.

That’s it for Citron accessories! I do have a few more Aprism + Citron things to share in another post, but they’re more clothes-y, I guess, and also I hit the limit for photos in this post with just this stuff. XD

More DollyTeria stuff, some of which has been sitting around for almost two months now. I just can’t seem to find the time or motivation to get past these sets, let alone actual doll photos. I’m trying, though. I’m trying. .__.

First pic – pretty scarf by Silver Butterfly. I’m pretty sure it’s the one pictured on the lefthand model, but it’s not particularly well highlighted there. It’ll be good for layering, of course.

Second pic – a little knit/leather (pleather?) clutch, also by Silver Butterfly. I snagged this on reflex, and in retrospect I wonder if I’ll end up keeping it. It’s stylish, but I don’t feel like it’s a good match for V. It’s also sealed in its bag and would have to be cut open, and I’d be anxious about doing that to an otherwise pristine specimen of SB’s work. Because I’m insane. I’ll give it some more thought, at any rate. It is cute! Just maybe… not her type of accessory.

Third pic – simple but beautiful bracelet set, again by Silver Butterfly. The crystal is a pinkish-purple, which is a bit more visible in the blog photos. I like having wrist accessories for my dolls, and it’ll be nice to have silver options.

Fourth pic – a little scrunchie? by Silver Butterfly. I didn’t come across pics on their blogs (although since it’s so small and they’re so erratic when it comes to documenting their work, I might’ve missed it), so I’m not 100% sure on what it’s meant to be. Without any context, I’d hazard a guess that it was a gift type thing for ordering during one of their 10th anniversary web shops. That’s just a guess, though, and I’d be fine with a correction if you know more. XD

Fifth pic – something entirely different! These are boot toppers by Mugendou, complete with pompoms. They’re cute and fun and will be great for winter outfit builds. It seems like such a basic concept, yet it’s not the kind of thing that shows up often for dolls, huh?

Sixth pic – gold bracelet by +d. This has some similarities to the other one I own from +d, but it has its differences, too. Maybe most importantly for me at the moment, it uses a different type of clasp, so it’s easier to use with V-noss (who is currently wearing it). I like the little tassel and engraved tag.

Seventh pic – also from +d, delicate ruffled wrist cuffs with bead and lace detailing. They’re so sweet! I think this must be an accessory they personally enjoy a lot, because they make an appearance in a lot of blog posts and outfits. I hope I can do them justice!

Eighth pic – “cosmic loop tie” by OILSHOCK, this one in the “Milky Way” color scheme. Although it’s the same basic bolo tie concept as the famous ones by Fuga Lupinus, this features the signature “extra” style OILSHOCK’s work usually displays. The multicolor cord, the detailing of the tips, the triple-layer clasp… it’s very over-the-top in comparison. I think Dom will probably get it. XD

Ninth pic – a “4cords bracelet”, again by OILSHOCK, in a white/silver/turquoise scheme. DollyTeria had it listed as being for SD, but it’s actually intended for Unoa. Luckily, the fact that it’s adjustable means that it can be used for larger dolls, too, and it doesn’t look too “off”. V’s already had the honor of modeling it for photos (which will maybe even get posted soon, who knows). XP

Tenth pic – “knotting bracelet”, also by OILSHOCK, in silver. This one really is meant for larger dolls! I have been wishing for one of these bracelets for years, so I’m thrilled to finally own one. (Here’s hoping there are more in my future!) While it could probably work for any of my boys, it’s destined to be primarily Justyn’s, I think. It’s very much his style, and the light color looks great on him. I’m just… very pleased with the acquisition. <3

Okay. Did it. Now I can work on something else! XD

Still trying to catch up on weeks and weeks of DollyTeria buildup. This post is all CoCoon accessories!

First pic – fox scarf in true black, with crystal eyes. I think this is one of their earliest releases for what’s become an iconic item. When I first unpacked it, I was a little worried about the state of the fur – there are very “flat”, almost glued? stripes in the material. But this seems to be intentional, as it’s obvious in modeled photos and CoCoon describes the fur as “partially crushed”. Interesting! Being black, it’ll probably get the most use from the boys.

Second pic – another fox scarf, but in a soft white fur that matches the next two items. It might get shared around with the boys, too (Justyn, maybe?), but I’m mostly imagining it for V. I think it will pair nicely with some of her +d coats.

Third pic – key charm/wallet chain accessory. This one is tiny! DollyTeria had it listed as being for SD, but it’s actually the mini/YoSD version. The small size will still be fun to play with. I might use it for the little girls as the wallet chain, but I also like CoCoon’s suggestion of using it as a purse charm. And either way, I’m thrilled to own this.

Fourth pic – different key charm/wallet chain accessory, this time really in SD size. The black and gold accents give it a different, more elegant feel than the soft pastel flowers. It might end up being more for the boys, actually, but everyone will probably get an outfit with it at some point. It’s just… very cool. As much as I love the fox scarves, I think these variations are even more intriguing.

Fifth pic – super fun beaded “bow” pin. This is the “white” version (as opposed to the more “gold” version), and it’s really cute. I have some ideas for using this for V already, such as pairing it with this girlish*kiss top.

Sixth pic – another black and gold pin, with lots of pretty details. It almost feels too elegant for V, but that’s not going to stop me from trying to use it anyway.

Seventh pic – cute little shawl pin, emblazoned with the CoCoon logo. I’m not sure how much I’ll actually end up using it, but it came as part of a listing with something else, so I’m not going to say “no” to owning it. XD

Eighth pic – gorgeous necklace. V-noss is already using this in her current outfit! I’ve been trying to find one for a while now, so it was a lucky score. The various gems and beads match nicely with the Alfheim satchel I got in my first order from DollyTeria, which pleases me greatly.

Ninth pic – beautifully delicate beaded headband and anklets?. I tossed these into my cart almost on reflex, and seeing them in person makes me both glad I did, and puzzled about how I’m going to use them, heh. Again, they seem almost too elegant and pretty for V… I’ll have to work hard to figure out an outfit that will match them.

CoCoon makes such pretty things~ Most of their focus in recent years have been on their gorgeous fantasy companions and fox scarves, but it’s nice to be able to get some of these older pieces.

Still trying to get caught up with recent hauls! This group is kind of all over the place. XD

First pic – cream knit hooded cardigan by maricotinha. So cozy! Their work is sometimes hard to find a good blog post for – they didn’t always document “for sale” items clearly, and they used a lot of their own work for personal photos. (Which is normal, obviously, but their personal and work photos are mixed together and it’s not always obvious which is intended to be which.) Anyway. This is gonna be great for cooler weather.

Second pic – also a cardigan by maricotinha, in a delicious dark charcoal gray. (I thought I had the link to a blog post about it, but I’ve lost it… I’ll edit this once i find it again.) I don’t usually go this dark for V, but it’s such a perfect shape and material and color that I can’t wait to play with it. ;o; <3

Third pic – a cool purple top, again by maricotinha. I’m a sucker for this color, as you might know. XD

Fourth pic – black and white striped turtleneck, yes, by maricotinha. This came paired with the Romantica* top from my previous clothing post, and I wasn’t sure who it was by at first. I came across the blog post randomly… and it’s like the only time it shows up in their photos? Like I said, their work can be hard to track. I like the decorative buttons at the neck. (Also, I WANT that mustard yellow top. Cry!)

Fifth pic – super basic turtleneck by maricotinha. I think it’s this old style, which came in a couple different shades? They made tons of different turtlenecks with various materials and types of finishing. This will come in handy for layering.

Sixth pic – elegant pleated skirtby+d. I bought it reflexively because it’s +d, but now I wonder if it’s a little too glamorous for V? I’ll have to try it out on her and see if I can make it work. Is she maybe too mousy for it? Hm.

Seventh pic – neat long military-green jacket, also by +d. Lots of buttons and details! I bought this specifically for Jer, because I think the pseudo-army look suits him.

Eighth pic – plaid button-down top by Fuga Lupinus. It’s kind of… blueberry? I feel like you don’t see this kind of color much in doll clothes, or maybe I’m just looking in the wrong places. It’s too blue to be purple and not purple enough to be blue… should be fun to mess around with in outfits, probably for Jer or Dom.

Ninth pic – ridiculousfloofy gauze top by KABA. I don’t know quite what I’m going to do with it yet. I love how it looks on their Rigel, though, and I kinda want to mimic that outfit style for Joce. He’d look cute like that, right?

Tenth pic – another velvet*paw kitty hat+scarf for my collection! This one is the “milk tea x bitter” color combo. The fur is a different type from my other two, so it’ll make for a nice change. These things are just too cute. :o~~

Onward~

I am so behind on everything… ._.

Some recent stuff that arrived and has been sitting around, waiting to be processed! I just can’t seem to find enough time in the day to do all the stuff I want… so let’s take it one step at a time.

First pic – Silver Butterfly outfit set. The three different pieces can be used apart or snapped together, ie: the vest + the pants to form coveralls or the suspenders to the pants. I bought this primarily for Joce. My only gripe (and it’s not necessarily unique to SB) is that the suspenders are pleather, not real leather, so that’s a bit worrisome although they seem to be holding up okay so far.

Second pic – another beautiful bag by Antiquald Lucicca, this time in black. The quality was so nice on the other one I own that I was happy for the chance to get another. Contrary to the above set, they work in real leather, so this bag will last. I recommend their work!

Third pic & fifth pic – new glass eyes for Vincynt! These suit his Iha head much better than the old pair. Finding a good orange pair in the size he requires is tricky, so it was lucky to grab these. The pupils are much smaller, giving him a more intense stare. Not sure on the maker, sadly.

Fourth & sixth pic – new glass eyes for Joce, too, but I’m not 100% sold on them yet. The colors are wonderful and the quality is lovely, but the irises are larger than I was anticipating when in his head, giving him a bit of a doe-eyed moe-moe look. I’m not sure it does him any favors! I’m keeping them in for a while longer and see if the superior colors outweigh the iris size. I don’t know the maker here, either, which is a shame.

Seventh pic – black leather collar and wristlets by KABA, with frills. These are neat accessories, as expected. How much use they’ll get is anyone’s guess, but I do want to try them out on Vince. The effect might be interesting…?

Eighth pic – gorgeous wrap bracelet by OILSHOCK. I bought this on impulse, thinking I recognized it… spent days second-guessing myself because the listing pics distorted some of the details and made me think perhaps it wasn’t OILSHOCK after all… and it turned out my first instinct had been correct. I’m thrilled! I love their bracelets, and this one is already on Dom’s wrist. XD

More to come soon… I post more frequently to Instagram these days, so follow me there if you want, I dunno, actual doll photos once in a while. ^^;

Playing catch-up with arrivals, because if I get caught up, I can play with stuff. XD

First pic – a dreamy and colorful outfit set by “Mobile General Store”, apparently inspired by “melon-flavored candy drops”. It sure looks like it! I’d been eyeing this for Joce for a while and finally pulled the trigger. My plan is to pair the set with his KABA kitty-eared flight cap, but I think the components will be fun to mix and match with other pieces, too.

Second pic – a sought-after cardigan, in “rose”, from velvet*paw. I have several other cardigans in this style (gray and green), and I love them. Whether I use it for my boys, or oversized for V, this color will be a fantastic addition to the collection. Plus… it’s pink. <3

Third pic – basic underwear from noinoiDOLL. AKA, a purchase I’ve been putting off because buying underwear is boring, but after all these years, I think I might finally have enough for all of my dolls. That’s a BJD collector lifetime goal, right??

Fourth pic – cute wintry YoSD set, by an unknown dealer. There are lots of neat details to tie the outfit together, so I’m interested to see what it will look like on. It’s untagged, but I hope to figure out the maker eventually.

Fifth pic – Volks YoTenshi gown. I don’t typically buy company stuff anymore, but I’ve always liked this one. Plus, it was cheap, and I thought if nothing else, I wouldn’t have spent much on it if I needed to modify it for, say, KiKi’s use.

Sixth pic – brown straw hat by Mode Etlan. I like hats! I like their hats in particular; they’re so well-made and stylish. This will probably be for Dom primarily, but it may end up on a lot of different heads. The light color makes it feel summery, don’t you think?

Seventh pic – also a straw hat, but untagged. It’s pink! I haven’t tried it on anyone’s head yet… it feels enormous compared to the previous hat, but that may just be the style. (Orrrr it’s for Blythe, and that’ll be a pickle. XD )

Done with that batch! Time to switch gears for a while…

A little smattering of things (from DollyTeria + Instagram) that arrived weeks ago. Finally getting them done~ orz

First pic – interesting tank by OILSHOCK. I knew they made some clothing and not just accessories, but this piece was not one I was familiar with. (And since their personal blog is gone now, there’s nothing to reference.) The tag’s pretty conclusive, though! Randomly, not long after I bought this, I came across a blog that featured photos of their doll wearing this same tank, so that was a fun coincidence.

Second pic – Soylent Green boots in black. These were listed as SD size, but they’re clearly much larger and meant for SD13B (or maybe SD17?). That’s fine, though; they’ll get plenty of use just the same, as they’re a different style than the other black boots I have from them.

Third pic – and Soylent Green boots in red! I’d been (not so secretly) wishing for a pair of these to go with the Aprism dress from a while back. These are SD sized, although I would have used them for V regardless. They’ll fit her better this way, though. XD

Fourth pic – a Lush Berry dress set, to match the others I have! At the time, I had rejoiced at getting two but lamented that I didn’t have a third (for my three YoSD girls to wear together), and then this listing showed up…

Fifth pic – …along with this one. Yes, it’s a color I had already. But! It had a necklace I didn’t have (these are my first two from Lush Berry), so I had to grab it as well. The lace trim on the underskirts are slightly different, too, if that matters to anyone but me. I haven’t decided if I’ll sell one of the doubles yet (or get a YoSD twin for one of my girls?) Heh.

Sixth pic – adorable bucket hat by lovesprung. I’m a sucker for corduroy, for dusty pinks, and for hats in general. Naturally, I had to have this. <3

That’s all… for now!

A mishmash of things arrived, smooshing together a couple of DollyTeria orders and a Doll Up! order. (Not that the distinction matters that much, since Doll Up is just a sub-store of DollyTeria, but whatever. I’m still hoping they start syncing their stock and websites a little better.) Anyway!

First pic – “chef” pants by +d, in a black polyester fabric. It feels like a windbreaker for legs; it’s a very interesting choice. The boys will have to share these, of course.

Second pic – lovely “monotone print flared skirt”, also by +d. I don’t usually go for such a stark scheme for V, but I wasn’t going to pass up the listing, either. While it’s tempting to keep any outfit with this skirt entirely monochrome (and I might do a version of that at some point, just because), I think it’ll be fun to pair it with colors instead. Despite the black and white print, the fabric is lightweight, so it feels oddly spring-y.

Third pic – black leather shorts by KABA. Sadly, mine didn’t include the belt, so I’ll have to find something else to use if I want the “suspenders” look. I’d originally passed over these without really paying attention to the photos, since DollyTeria had them listed as being made from pleather. After I glanced at them again later, I saw the back tag and realized they would, in fact, be made from real leather (one of KABA’s recognizable traits). They’ll be Vincynt’s.

Fourth pic – tank top by your my baby. It’s, uh, sized for Unoa, but I don’t regret purchasing it. Stuff from your my baby shows up few and far between, so I had to snag it while I can. (I slept on an earlier set months ago and still regret it, wah.) The text on the front is certainly… interesting. I’m going to put it on one of the Yo girls and see if I can make it work. XD

Fifth pic – older YoSD set by Lush Berry. It’s cute! Like their other works, this top was available in several colors, I think. The listing pic made it seem very crimson, but it’s more of a raspberry in person (which I like better). It’ll be a fun addition to my collection.

Sixth pic – yellow Converse-style sneakers from CooKids. How could I not get these?! They’re bright yellow, therefore they are great. XD

Seventh pic – cat-eared flying cap by KABA. It’s the brown leather version (there have been several others). This was purchased for Joce specifically. I might have preferred the black for him, given a choice, but I have been waiting for one, any one, to show up for a while now. My plan is to do an airship AU outfit for him at some point. *^^*

Eighth pic – “Asmodeus” horns by KHEM, the “petit” version in “Antique”. I’ve been eyeing various sheep horns for V for a while, and then these showed up… I hesitated for a while, then finally pulled the trigger. I think the smaller size will suit her tiny face better, and I’m excited about the color matching possibilities to the Silver Butterfly stuff I got a couple weeks ago. Building outfits around these will be exciting, I hope!

Ninth pic – bowtie pillow by Ronshuka Couture. It’s cute! This maker isn’t really on my radar because I don’t own the type of dolls they design for, but a pillow like this is pretty free-size. (Although DollyTeria had it labeled as being for Obitsu 11, of all sizes, so that’s a weird one.) I mostly got it because it was bundled with this…

Tenth pic – crescent moon pillow by girlish*kiss. Scream. These are such lovely, delicate things, and I’m tickled, well, pink to finally own one. As always, the beadwork and detailing is stellar.

And that’s that! Kind of a random bunch of stuff, from the different sizes to the mix of clothing and accessories. Maybe that makes it more interesting, though?

A fun Yahoo!Japan package arrived yesterday, joining a tiny DollyTeria package that had been delivered a few days before. I was pretty excited about some of these pieces, so I had to get them processed right away. XD

First pic – “Nirvana” pattern open collar shirt by Euphoria. So cute. This is the fun beach-y type of shirt I like for Justyn, and I’m actually (sort of) looking forward to warmer weather so I can justify putting him in it.

Second pic – “Mount Fuji” shirt by Yucca. In fact, I love this type of shirt so much for Justyn that I found him another one, too. The design on the back is fantastic and so unique.

Third pic – navy & white striped top by Mugendou. I haven’t decided if this will stay yet; the design is cute and the quality is high, as expected, but it might be a little off from my boys’ usual style. I’ll give it some more thought.

Fourth pic – “DC-6 dolman tunic in gray” by velvet*paw. This is another one I’m a little unsure about. It’s an adorable style, but I don’t know who would wear it; the gray + black combo is too dark for Justyn, and too cutesy for the other boys. Maybe oversized, on Joce…?

Fifth pic – something of a surprise, a subtly-striped knit top by WORKSHOP. This was part of a lot listing that didn’t offer many details on the dealer names. I thought perhaps it was an older Plug style, but it’s clearly tagged inside with the old WORKSHOP ribbon. I definitely want to try to make use of this; it has some neat detailing in that the hems purposely rely on the nature of the fabric to curl, to give it dimension. It’s a cool effect in person.

Sixth pic – saurel suspender pants by JAM. I. LOVE. These. I couldn’t explain to you why, but I do. I’ve been hankering for them for a while – the dealer has made several variations with different types of straps – and I was ecstatic to find a pair pop up on Y!J. They’ll probably be for Dom because of course they are, but look at that crazy crotch design. How could I pass it up? XD?

Seventh pic – a much sought-after keychain/accessory by Fuga Lupinus. This has somewhat similar colors to the other one I have, but other details are different. For example, it has a little bell attached to the bottom! (The package kept chiming while I was opening it up.) I would love to collect more of these someday, but as with most Fuga accessories, they’re hard to come by.

Eighth pic – another Choi-Cafe knit kitty-eared cardigan, this time in pink. Just gotta collect ‘em all!

Ninth pic – YoSD high-neck tunic “b:TT- 2 in lilac”…

Tenth pic – and “b:TT- 3 in navy blue” by velvet*paw. Finally, some of these shirts for my little girls! I want to get the pink one, too, although a third color of any type would be okay, I think. These shirts look sweet on their own or layered under other tops, so they’ll be interesting to play with.

And that’s all (for now). ^^~*

The other, actually recent, arrivals. It’s kind of a mixed bag!

First pic – stylish and fun jumpsuit by JAM (maybe K-all?). This was listed on DollyTeria a long while back, before I was familiar with the dealer, and I hemmed and hawed over picking it up anyway, and it sold out. So when it reappeared – whether it’s the exact same one, or coincidentally just the same style – I didn’t want to wait and miss out again. I have some other jumpsuits, but they feel more like “Jer’s”… this one, I think, will be primarily for Dom. Kinda wonder what Justyn would look like in it, though…

Second pic – “sign (white x pink)” cut & sew by Euphoria and cor leonis. I’ve been hankering for one of this shirts since they debuted! This color combo probably wouldn’t have been my first choice, but maybe it’s better this way. The hot pink printing will require some extra thought when it comes to outfit building, because it’s a little outside of my usual stuff. I do like how they show it on an SD girl, so maybe with the pink Soylent Green boots…?

Third pic – saurel pants by Sugar Hospital. I’m glad I found these! DollyTeria’s listing photos were lousy and didn’t clearly show off the SH tag. I’d actually bookmarked that post ages ago in the hopes that I’d come across them eventually. Sugar Hospital’s stuff is amazingly nice, so it’s a shame that they’re on hiatus (maybe permanently closed)? I’m still hoping to find more…

Fourth pic – beautiful dress set by girlish*kiss. It’s older than their current social media posts, sadly, so there aren’t any modeled photos available. It might actually be a little too dressy for V, but I’m going to try it on her anyway. I have a hard time passing up anything by this dealer. XD

Fifth pic – leggings! I don’t know if I’ll keep the polka dot ones, but the floral print pair is a new addition to my Lush Berry collection. (Yes, it is actually slightly different in color to my others.) They’re just really useful to have.

Sixth pic – “paper knit panama hat” by Idea of Dusk. I’m not familiar with the dealer, but the packaging is very clear! Another fun and stylish piece that will probably end up on Dom for spring or summer.

Seventh pic – sweet little hat by & Eming. It’s this style and fabric, but in SD size. I have a couple of their YoSD hats, and they are precious. I know they made a lot of other styles in various colors, so although they seem to have left the BJD world behind, I hope I can find more of their hats someday. <3

And that’s that!

Some fun stuff that arrived recently~

First pic – cut & sew shirt by Puff & Cool, in a foil printed black and red fabric. It’s basic but cool. I like the little tag on the front hem; it’s a small but neat detail. This will probably be primarily for Vincynt.

Second pic – a very old nostalgic sweater design by +d. It has a cow skull on it because… why not? The zippers on the sleeves give it extra oomph. I think I might put it on Joce first, again because why not.

Third pic – “chef pants” by +d, in the “great tartan checks” color. Adding to my collection of +d pants in this style! The fabric is hard to resist. <3

Fourth pic – gray “knit” sweater by Yucca. They’ve done a few different styles in this same fabric. Since it’s the SD version, it’ll probably go to V. (Although maybe Joce would look cute in it, too?)

Fifth pic – adorableshort bloomers by MILKDOLL, in white. There’s something about the super gathered + wrinkled nature of the fabric that is very appealing. The white will be the most versatile, but I’d love to collect them in more colors!

Sixth pic – dark brown straw hat by Mode Etlan. I liked the light brown one I picked up a while back so much that I thought it’d be useful to have in a darker color, too. As always, their hats are just marvelously made.

Seventh pic – and another beret by +d, this time in greige. The construction is a little different (I mean, as far as berets can be different) than the other mustard yellow one I have (no reinforced stitching, this one has a stalk/loop on the top), but they’re both still fantastic. I was surprised (and happy!) that it included the original packaging; DollyTeria doesn’t always show off that info in their listing pics. It’d probably make it easier to identify things if they did…

Eighth pic – a bolo tie in purple by Fuga Lupinus…

Ninth pic – and one in black as well! More candy-colored goodness for my collection. Sometime I need to put all of my dolls in outfits utilizing the bolo ties at once, for funsies.

Back to work on other photos~
