Remember when we thought High End had some of Kurogiri’s DNA because they had a similar design but we just couldn’t figure how it would work because kurogiri was in prison? Since we now know that kurogiri is a noumu himself, it’s fair to assume that the doctor already has a looooot of dna samples from him and probably used them specifically to make other Noumus more intelligent? Also, the mere existence of kurogiri makes it possible that there exists OTHER intelligent noumus and that’s pretty stressful to think about lol Overall a very exciting twist.
