The Helmet is from the Barbie NASCAR series, spray painted with Krylon Fusion Satin Black. Doll is WWE Sasha Banks which comes with that bright pink hair. The Jacket came off a toy soldier action figure we found at the thrift store.

Hasbro G.I. Joe (aka G.I. Jane) Wearing Barbie Divergent
We love G.I. Joe figures from the 90s for being fully articulated and sturdy dolls/action figures. Because of their more realistic body proportions, they can’t wear Barbie clothes, and Hasbro sets are limited to military outfits. But they fit into Ken’s clothes! This outfit belongs to the Barbie Collector Divergent Four Doll, which where on sale for a while on Amazon. These make a great motorcycle outfit!

Asian Barbie Doll
I’m not an expert on Barbie dolls, but I noticed they are not very diverse. Even darker skin tones are hard to get. Unless you want to look your kid’s toy area like a Lenie Riefenstahl movie, it’s not easy to find a descent doll with features other than the classic blonde. So when Amazon suggested this Asian doll I ordered it right away (I usually don’t fall for these ads that easy). It’s fully articulated, which is also great, since many Barbie dolls are not very playable. She doesn’t come with the clothes shown on the photo. The original outfit is a yoga dress. The name is ‘Made To Move Barbie’. This just a sidenote if anyone out there is looking for something like this

When some friends and I were trawling through an action figure archive, one of us noticed that like 80% of Mattel’s Demolition Man movie tie-in line was made up of reused molds from The New Adventures of He-Man series… including He-Man himself being remolded into Sylvester Stallone.
Obviously, this means Mattel needs to do Sly in Masters of the Universe Classics, because after you’ve got an evil musclebound purple rabbit-man themed around pollution in your line-up, it’s not like things can ever get lessweird.
