Dear readers: So much love and gratitude for all of you lovelies— those who have been with me since

Dear readers: So much love and gratitude for all of you lovelies— those who have been with me since the start, and those who have recently discovered ATBP. It’s such a personal story but you make it easy to share it. And I feel so honored when you share your stories and strength with others. Thank you for opening up, for speaking out, for sharing yourselves. You are making the world a brighter place! ✨ #allthebrightplaces #atbp #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #mayismentalhealthawarenessmonth #togetherwecan #youarenotalone #shareyourstory #writeyourstory #youmakemwlovely

We are all messy. But that doesn’t mean we’re undeserving of love and understanding. Dear lovelies,

We are all messy. But that doesn’t mean we’re undeserving of love and understanding. Dear lovelies, you are enough. You are necessary. You are lovely just as you are. You are bright places, and I’m so proud and honored to know you. During this unsettling time and in honor of #mentalhealthmonth let’s let others know we love them exactly as they are. Let’s be there for one another. Let’s make it lovely. Please let me know how you’re doing and feeling. And remember that you are not alone. Love, me #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #mayismentalhealthawarenessmonth #youarenotalone #helpisoutthere #stay #youarelovely #youareenough #youaremybrightplaces #mentalhealthmonday

It is now June but As we neared the end of May I wanted to take the time to post this video and just speak my peace on mental health seeing as May is mental health awareness month. Because Mental health is so much more common than some are willing to admit, today I encourage you wherever you are to push the conversation of mental health just a tad bit further.

So often we see people and even come across them in passing and so generically we are inclined to say hi and ask how they are doing. And many will say that they are fine, Good, even okay but sometimes they are so very far from that. So I also encourage you take a moment of your time and not only ask how someone is doing but truly listen. So many just want someone to really Ask.

Stay tuned for more videos from me in discussion of mental health because even if May is the month dedicated to mental health awareness, it will always be an ongoing conversation.
