Roxie/ Homika from Pokemon Black and White. Poison-Type Gym Leader in 5th Gen.
The first prompt for the first day of Inktober was Poisonous and the first thing to pop into mind was her. I know this isnt done with ink but I dont have any pen and ink with me.
