El-Ahrairah piece I think I’m not going to finish out. Had a lot of fun with it conceptually and making the wolf forms but I’ve been losing enthusiasm for it and having trouble with getting the cohesion I want. I’ll probably take another stab at a different composition of this eventually though. I’ve wanted to do a nice “Prince of a Thousand” piece for a while.
So it’s the last day of Mermay and I knew I had to draw at least one mermaid this month…..but then I saw this month’s Character Design Challenge is March of the Living Tree. And you know me and trees .
So this was me trying to cram the 2 themes together. A tree mermaid!
A while back I introduced my Flamingo Girl character design that I would draw every now and then, and I mentioned possibly making a Peacock Girl to go along with her — and here she is!
Peafowl have some of my favorite colors and they’re one of the prettiest birds (imo) so I loved working on her. If you’d like to see my Flamingo Girl, you can find her in my OC tags!
Now, this wasn’t supposed to be a design series or anything as Flamingo Girl was just a random design I played around with, BUT I might, and I mean *might* tackle another bird girl rainbow macaw, anyone? After that one though that would be it haha
Oh my gosh! I love what you came up with! This is so creative!!
The first piece of art anyone has ever done based on my writing, and I am over the moon. I’m writing this day down on a calendar so that I never forget it.
