カメオカアートボンチとして美容室のレプシィムさんで展示している「手」の写真をご紹介していくシリーズ。
お次は亀岡の篠にある、パティスリーペルルの山本美紀さん（ @patisserie_perle_kameoka ）
山本さんは本場フランスでも修行されたパティシエールさん。パティシエで一般的に通じるけど、フランス語ではパティシエが男性形、パティシエールが女性形の名詞だそうな。知らなんだ。
お菓子づくりをほとんどした事がない自分からしたら、パレットナイフやホイッパーなどパティシエならではの道具捌きに見とれている間に、綺麗で美味しそうなケーキがあれよあれよと魔法のように出来上がっていく感じでした。
ケーキやお菓子って特別な日にいただくような感覚もあって、大人でも子どもでも幸せな顔になる素敵な時間ですよね
