I’m very excited about the fall season. One of my favorite memories as a child was watching the film, ‘Beatrix Potter- The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends’ and for some reason, I’ve always identified it with spring and fall. Do you have any books you associate with fall? Here Peter Rabbit finds the Perfect Pumpkin for his mother.
I wasn’t sure about getting them because I really don’t like their clothes, but their faces are so cute with those big eyes! (pics of them out of the box will follow soon!)

When Old Mister McGregsims retired to Henford on Bagley he thought he’d enjoy his twilight years raising a few chickens, and maybe some prize winning vegetables. Then that wily rascal Peter Wabbit showed up in his little blue coat, and it’s been a never ending battle of wits ever since. Like rabbits or not, this tiny farm is certainly rabbit friendly.
While working on a farm for my own gameplay I got this notion to try a super rabbit friendly farm using Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit stories as my inspiration. So here we have a tiny home, simple living, off the grid farm where Old Mister McGregsims (in my gallery) can attempt to raise his vegetables with the help and/or hindrance of Peter Wabbit. You can find Mister McGregsim’s Farm in my SimDoughnut gallery (user id: simdoughnut). This NoCc Tiny Home sits on a 30x20 lot in Henford on Bagley, and has both the Off the Grid, and Simple Living lot trait challenges. As with all of my builds you’ll want to enable the “moveobjects” cheat prior to placing this build in your game. I hope you have fun with both Mister McGregsim, and his rabbit ridden farm.
