Yeas! I’ve finished writing the first season of my pirates story. I’m currently editing it and am hoping to start writing season 2 soon. Season 1 and 2 go hand in hand, so I want to have both of them written before I actually start drawing the comic. I still wanted to keep you guys up to date, though, since I haven’t been posting much. XD

I do actually have some sketches to post, but I have to make myself take the pictures … I) Since they’re in my sketchbook. Hopefully that will be soon, though. X’D (hopefully, hopefully)

I think I know what my characters look like until I try to draw a reference sheet for them and then … nada. IB

This was a challenge to do, but I feel like I understand how to draw Eaton Clairemont a fair bit better now. XD It was surprisingly a really good exercise! I’m doing a reference sheet for Blythe, too, so I’ll post that next week.

I was going to do one of these for each of the crew, but … nah. Nah man. Nope. X’D That was a lot of work. Until I get closer to actually DRAWING the comic as opposed to WRITING it, reference sheets of just these 2 will do for now!

I also tried used some character models for the different standing poses, too, so that was also good practice! And the weapons are really fun to draw!! I’ve been trying to decide on Eaton’s sword and ring designs for a while, so it’s nice to finally have them decided. XD
