Stayed up late to finish a drawing of the very recently revealed designs for Attenborosaurus (left) and Plesiosaurus (right) in Jurassic World Evolution 2.
I’m excited for the game and am fairly lenient on “janky”/unpopular creature designs. On social media, Attenboro seems popular and folks don’t like that Plesio just looks like a King Cobra. But Attenboro is a good friend about it.

Depictions of iguanodon, pterodactylus, ichthyosaurus, plesiosaurus, hylaeosaurus and megalosaurus based on the crystal palace statues as well as their modern counterparts.
The crystal palace dinosaur statues constructed in the 1850′s are both very impressive pieces of art as well as a striking demonstration of scientific progress in the field of paleontology, for all their inaccuracies they are still an extremely important piece of paleoart history.

The femur & ilium of a Microcleidus plesiosaur, an extinct Jurassic marine reptile that looked like the Loch Ness Monster. These bones were found along the Yorkshire Coast of Britain and belong to @darwin_the_plesiosaur.
The skeleton is near complete but sadly is missing the skull.

Here are the last three 2″x2″ ‘Fossil in a Bottle” paintings that I made this year. This time it was for a commission. I personally like how the elasmosaurus turned out.
Prehistoric creatures featured are Elasmosaurus, Parasaurolophus, and Pteranodon.

The “Plesiosaurus” is a marine reptile of 3 to 5 meters in length that lived at the beginning of the Jurassic, The name of the Plesiosaurus means “close to the lizard” due to the belief of the extinct species of “antediluvian reptiles” in the first fossil records.
The “Plesiosaurus” was a reptile adapted to marine life (holding its breath for 20 minutes or more) for which its jaw and teeth evolved to function as a toothed trap for fish and “belemnites” (primitive squid), its long neck and a small triangle-shaped head according to one hypothesis functioned as a rudder that could change the direction of a pursuit while its four fins propelled it at great hydrodynamic speed.
Within the saga of “DinoCrisis” the “Plesiosaurus” are recurring enemies in the submerged facilities of the reactor and the docks, to eliminate their threat it is recommended to use the needle weapon and the water grenade with “Regina” the bravest woman of the primitive seas.
As a final data, there were a great variety of “Plesiosaurus” that had morphological differences with the length of their necks and the size of their head, such as the “Elasmosaurus” and the “Pliosauroids”.
