Feeling really good with my relationship with food right now I didn’t necessarily have a bad relationship with food during pregnancy but I was highly reliant on constantly eating food so that I didn’t get sick, I was too exhausted to make any sort of meal and cravings were strong! Now it feels so good to approach food with ease and not feel like I need to grab the closest thing out of urgency. Now I can nourish my body with the foods that make me feel good and also work with koko (black beans do not sit well with him) #beunstoppable
