Nobody hits the exercise to get really fit body. You go in needing to get 100% muscular body to show the real world, run and hard-earned sweat. Luckily for you, researchers and scientists need a similar thing. Here, we are sharing some home based fitness tips to productive methodologies, politeness of the most recent research, to get the greatest advantage out of all of your exercises.

It is really a challenge to Getting Fit and remaining fit. So here’s the mystery of fitness peoples who have figured out how to make fitness continuous as a life long?

  • Lift normal weights
  • Tune in to music whenever feels stressful
  • Do stretching instead of heavy workout.
  • Do exercise with sufficient carbohydrates.
  • Take a rest
  • Drink atleast 2liters water a day
  • Do Workout with free weights
  • Take a sufficient amount of night sleep. i.e. 7 hours
  • Take a weekly massage.
  • Drink a milk regularly. With chocolate it will be better.
  • Keep changing your daily habits.
  • Add cardio in your daily exercise.
  • Drink or eat protein before sleeping.

This is basically what my physical therapist had me do for my back problems last year and it helped with the pain so much! Also walk for at least thirty minutes a day, even if it’s just in small chunks throughout the day.

Strong Core For Life

Summer is going away, but the body will stay strong until next year and the years to come. Today we’re targeting our entire core using strength, plyometric and isometric exercises.


The workout:
- 8 exercises back to back (1 round)
- 30 seconds per exercise
- 20 seconds of rest after each round
- Aim for 3-5 rounds

It’s very challenging, I was dying after 3 rounds. Aim for 20 seconds if performing 30 seconds is unbearable.

Posture is everything. You need to be able to have complete control over your body, able to contort

Posture is everything. You need to be able to have complete control over your body, able to contort and bend it in whichever way I desire. But you have to have a natural, proper posture. There’s a reason we have collars designed for it, why we put books on your head, yolks around your shoulders. 

It’s because this posture, with your shoulders straight, your back arched ever so slightly. This posture? This is what shows you off the best, lets me drink in your curves when they’re at their most perfect. 

So don’t fucking slouch.
