Spells can be as simple as a certain look you give someone, to as complicated as blood-based and/or necromancy. It is a skill you build up just like any other. I found the easiest way for me to cast spells is to either make it consumable for the target, or to burn something to cast the energy off.

Simple burning spell:

  1. Gather dried herbs based on your intention, and possibly add a sigil into that.
  2. Get a candle, either white or the color corresponding with the intention
  3. Say or express the intention. This can be a simple sentence, gesture, poem, anything.
  4. Channel the energy and intention directly into the herbs/sigil/paper
  5. When you’re ready, use the candle to burn the herbs/paper/sigil and visualize the energy flowing into the world and doing your bidding.

Tea Spells:

  1. Gather edible herbs that correspond with your intention and create a tea with them
  2. infuse the tea water with energy and intention
  3. drink, or have your target drink.

Potions:

There are many different ways to make potions. Here are 2:

Potion 1:

  1. Boil water
  2. Place edible herbs into the water
  3. place stones/crystals that are NOT water soluble into the water
  4. stir counter clockwise, infusing intention and energy as you go
  5. light a candle by it
  6. strain into bottle
  7. drink or have your target drink

Potion 2:

  1. take flowers, plants etc that are not dry, that are edible and stuff them into a bottle or jar
  2. fill the rest up with vodka or
  3. let it sit for a couple of days (2-5 or however long you see fit)
  4. once it seems like enough time, strain it and put it back in the bottle, and seal.
  5. add to drinks, drink it from the bottle, etc. etc.
