Reasons why I love Quan Yizhen:
- “Didn’t you stew with water? Why did it turn into meatballs?”
- A curly-haired fluffy child
- Once threw a whole bed at Pei Ming
- Shixiong brain (in which there is only Shixiong)
- Sneaked into Puqi Shrine to give Xie Lian gold bars because he has a lot
- Never answers spiritual communication (definition of worst replier, v relatable)
- Permanently confused
- Will support and help in very unique ways
- Shixiong notice me
- On his own vibe 24/7 (unless Yin Yu or Xie Lian is involved)

currently muttering to myself about how quan yizhen and yin yu have big mozart and salieri energy. yy denouncing god because how could he give such a fool such genius, yy secretly commissioning qyz to compose a requiem for his own funeral, yy confessing all his sins as an old man and calling himself the patron saint of mediocrities. it fits i swear
