I might start training a few people in my new apartment building ‍♀️ they seem interested, but many people attempt to start a fitness journey and never get past the initial session. Dedication doesn’t come before forcing the habit, no matter how athletically gifted you are. You have to especially force the habit on those days you don’t want to go. What you’re feeling is the initial roadblock before you hit escape velocity which means you’re so close to breaking through that laziness barrier! Don’t give into the laziness, you can rest all you want after your 20-60 minute routine

So I’ve been dealing with a lot of sh!t lately…. Literally!! The water main at my complex backed up and I got hit with the worst of the worst. 4 men with shop vacs saved my apartment, but not a lot of my furniture. I have no bed, no shelves and I lost a lot of random pieces like my clothing hamper. Oh did I mention some electronics and my bed sheets? Cause yeah that happened too Needless to say, this year has SUCKED!!!! I’m creating a GoFundMe solely for furniture cause momma don’t make that kind of money
